Although a small family run business, the customer service has always been top notch, especially compared to many other online auction companies I've encountered. Their site provides the best pictures with detailed description of items compared to the majority of online auction sites. Mr Manger has always provided help without asking, quality customer service, and very fair resolutions, regularly that I've experienced, and observed his consistent friendly support to other customers as well.

I get a call back and they state the pickup day was two weeks prior however website was not updated. They inform me they don't know if they have my items that they will have to look for them. I reach back out today to follow up on my items and have to leave a message again. Wes Manger calls me back incredibly rude stating he can't drive but I can get them after the fourth. I kindly ask if I could come pickup the items where he begins to raise his voice and remind me he can't drive, asking me what world do I live in, etc. He then refused to let me get my items and said he was going to refund me. I do not recommend ANY business who berates their paying customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Apologies are appreciated but no attempt to provide a like item at the auction price was made. Just saying sorry does not seem adequate for customer satisfaction unless customer satisfaction is not a concern in your business model. My ratings 1 star because there is no lower option.

She asked me if I wanted to be shot because it's a gun store. First of all it's not a gun store it's a pawn shop where people sell or pawn their guns. I wear a mask because my healthy mother died of covid and this woman laughed and claimed MY MOTHER didn't die of covid. Apparently she is radical and needs mental help. She laughed and laughed as if there was something wrong with her. It was very strange and made me very uncomfortable. So I walked out of her pawn shop instead of giving her my business.
