Food: 3.25 Stars Nothing special about the salad bar. There are menu cards where it has several bowl options with pre-fixed ingredients you can follow or just go crazy and make your unique bowl. The based is rice or leafy greens. From there, just follow the procession to make your creation. The salad bowl I made has Korean BBQ CHICKEN as the protein but it didn't taste anything like KOREAN BBQ. Now the veggies were fresh and there a lot of options to choose, however you are limited on the type of protein. There are soup options too but I didn't get any. They didn't look as good. I'm not saying they are bad but there wasn't an option I wanted. NOTE: Everything is a'la carte and it is weighed on a scale.
