After all of this had happened. I felt like it was some kind of unconditioned with sibling such as…read moremetaphorical kind of way. After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Heh, more attention for him. That a good thing. Happy holiday and upcoming new year. Be safe ya'll! Thank you Ferguson Property Management to make things easier. Glad to work with you. But the owner is something else and that doesn't want to respond. Now you know the difference. Best Regards, Sumeet

Buddy got very very angry. The only actually proof we have is that my wife emailed Aislinn or whatever her name is directly about the stained blinds in 2024, that you guys refused to fix but used our security deposit to fix. Your worker redirected her to put all of the service request through your portal. Sadly we don't have access to the portal because guys deleted our access information. All of the proof is there of all of the services we requested to be done but got denied. After we moved out our security deposit was used to fix all of the things we requested. To let the people know, all of the requested we asked to fixed were stained or damaged prior or us moving in so we didn't afflict those damages. I'm not going to do a small claims report because I'm not in the business of suing. I have better things to do with my life. These reviews are for people that actually want to know how a business operates so they don't have to deal with horrible business. Thankfully my wife keeps all of the paperwork. Ferguson did a pre-move in inspection by Andrew Scott on 7/26/2024. It clearly states the stuff we were charged for were already in poor shape or damaged. I emailed Dan 10 days later again because I didn't know he would reply to my emails, since his staff have been ignoring our phone calls and emails. I emailed Dan the paperwork of our pre-move in inspection as well. I'm done talking about this with Dan because he is very good unprofessional as you can tell by the name calling. I did call him a crook and that he runs a thieving business since we tried to reach out to his associates through email and phone calls but they choice to ignore our calls and emails. People that ignore phone calls and emails are guilty people.

How to make a long story short. I purchased a house in Lincoln in 09/2012 in which my Mother was…read moregiven 108,000 and it was put down on the house. The house was put into her name for the reason of getting a better a interest rate on the loan. Fast forward a year and all of a sudden my Mother decides she wants to sell the house. Upon learning of this I personally met with Sarah Barringer to discuss with her that the house being sold and being listed with Her and Century 21. At the meeting I truly felt she understood where I was coming from when I explained to her for example the first purchase contract was in my name, I signed for everything and so on. Needless to say she had the house listed for market value of 405,000. Approximately 2 weeks later the price of the house was lowered $20,000 without even as much as a phone call. Now I understand my Mother is on title but she never even had an open house up to that point. After the frist price reduction she held approximately 4 or so open houses for about an hour and a hlaf or so by the time she arrived. She was late to 2-3 of the open houses she held. In fact the only time she was on time was when someone else held the open house for her. I will just jump forward 2-3 price reductions until the house was listed was $350,000 which is about $20,000 less than a base model home in my subdivision. Why is that important becuase I put almost $70,000 in upgrades into that house when it was built. Not only did I lose money because of the price reductions she hurt the values for every house in the subdivision at that point. Sarah was also informed that I was taking some of the things I installed into the house mostly stereo equipment then upon closing informed me I was being billed for the stereo equipment that I removed form the property. Ultimatley the house for sold for $360,000 with a $5000 credit for closing costs and when it was all said and done there was a $119,000 due to seller. Now remember I gave a my Mother a money order for $108,000 when the house closed I was given only $72,000 and my Mother pocketed the rest. Is that legal yes unfortunately the house was in her name which is a mistake I will never make again. There was nnumerous I would reach out to Sarah to discuss the property and what was going on and was told she cannot and will not tell me anything. Moral of this YELP review if your going to buy or sell a house I HIGHLY recommend to NOT EVEN CONSIDER Sarah Barringer. She is unethical, deceptive, immoral, and violated her fiduciary duites as a Real Estate agent. I even brought to Sarah's attention that regardless of who is on Title a RESULTING TRUST was created. Under this type of trust, the person who holds title to or has possession of property is considered a trustee for the proper owner, who is considered the beneficiary. The resulting trust is a legal fiction that forces a property holder to honor the beneficiary's property rights. For example, Mahalia leaves $100,000 with her friend, Albert, while she is on a trip to Europe, asking him "to buy the old Barsallo place if it comes on the market." Albert buys the property, but has title put in his own name, which the court will find is held in a resulting trust for Mahalia. Not only I am writing this blistering YELP review I was also be filing a complaint with the DRE and also seeking available legal recourse as well against her and Century 21.
