The staff and receptionists at Tiny Tots are some of the absolute worst that I have ever seen. Totally unhelpful, indifferent and uncaring to the patients and their parents. They appear to be completely unwilling to help their patients in any way and just exude laziness and apathy. I wouldn't take any of my children to Tiny Tots, not even if it was the very last pediatric clinic on the face of the Earth.

This review is for the first visit for my 5 week old daughter (my Yelper protege!)…read more The place was easy to find and checking in is pretty straight forward with my child being weighed (with clothes on?). Odd. Then we sat down and waited over an hour. Really? Once again the public system fails to provide clients appropriate respect to appointments that left me fuming as we waited "patiently" along with many other parents with dozens of noisy children waiting their turn to meet with their pediatrician. As one who's not done the whole public waiting thing for the last decade (I always went to private clinics - time is money - sorry), this allowed me to discuss matters with my wife if we want to endure extra costs to going private in future visits. Finally we got called in and our doctor (Mme. Chevalier) impressed me by firstly being apologetic for the long wait and saying "Your time is just as important". Nice. She then took care with my daughter and answered all our questions and provided exceptional service. We couldn't have asked for more. It's hard giving this place 3 stars when given a 5 star treatment by the doctor and we have another appointment this week to see if I can adjust that. One thing is for sure, waiting over an hour for a scheduled visit is unacceptable regardless of reason. We have children with us, this is very inconvenient. Doctors with schedules shouldn't be taking clients when they are clearly completely booked for the day. That task should go to the floating doctor to take on emergencies. There's a reason why everything is on a computer and any competent doctor should be able to take on another doctor's dossier if a child comes in with any minor issues that cannot wait a few days.

Got thoroughly tested and advised on dustmites and tree pollen when I was there for a reaction to food. The waiting is excruciating, and when you're told it's not going to long, don't believe it, it's going to be very very long. In winter, the waiting room where all the poor souls were waiting all afternoon was hardly heated. Doctor indifferent, if the test is negative you're on your own, consultation doesn't last more than two minutes. Had huge reaction to the tests in the waiting room but since it took so long it was over by the time I saw the doctor, so since he didn't see anything on my arm that was it, not his problem. There are signs everywhere saying that if you don't show up for an appointment you get charged $80 because it would be a shame that the so important doctors would go two minutes without earning lots of dollars, while they're not interested in the patients losing their whole day in the waiting room. Of course, they wouldn't lose any money because it's so overbooked, perhaps some patients would see a doctor in just three hours instead.

I had upper and lower blepharoplasty as well as a neck lift about 10 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the results!! Dr Doumit and his entire staff were compassionate, kind and very helpful throughout the process. On the day of my surgery they alleviated my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable. I knew I was in great hands. Dr Doumit is one of the most talented plastic surgeons in the world and also one of the kindest, most humble people I have ever met. My wife, who took care of me throughout this journey, was so impressed that she is planning to have Dr Doumit perform her blepharoplasty in the future. I Highly recommend Dr Doumit!!
