They have all the parts in stock with the exception of the glass panels which just takes about three weeks to come in. Scott explained to us how to install the railing sections in amazing detail. They used a really cool 3-D modelling software (super modern!) that allowed us to plan out exactly how our deck would eventually look in our actual backyard. If you use these guys make sure they put your quote in writing and confirm their measurements…read more I needed to install a front step railing at my home for my father-in-law, he's 91 and struggles with his balance. This was the sole purpose of installing a railing. I made sure that Ray understood my needs however, he was too quick in taking his measurements, written on a scrap of paper, and failed to recognize my needs. The railing was about 6 inches too short from hanging over the walk and Nature's Right Hand not only refused to fix their error but blamed me for not communicating my needs. They even went so far as to make fun of my father-in-law's condition. He wrote "there is a perfectly fitting railing there that apparently only your father in law will not be able to use. They work for everyone else except your father in law. He has special needs that no one else does..." They offered to fix it if I paid more money. Other small concerns were running and dripping paint and an unprofessional finish on the footing covers.
