I first started training down in NJ while I was stationed there for the military. When I moved back…read moreto the New England area I had to find a new gym to train at. I was an amateur MMA fighter and a blue belt in BJJ, and I wanted to find a place that I could continue to train BJJ and MMA and progress as a fighter. I did a ton of research to find a gym that could help me reach my goals and Triumph BJJ seemed to be the best fit. They had lots of good fighters that were competing and winning so I figured they had to be doing something right, so I ended up joining and I am glad I did. I have been training here since then, about 2 and a half years ago. Their Schedule can't be beat offering high level training in BJJ 7 days a week and Striking (Boxing or Muay Thai) most days of the week and led by quality instructors. Also, they just moved into a giant brand new facility with massive amounts of mats space, a full sized mma cage and brand new heavy bags and striking equipment. The classes range from fundamental to high paced competition classes, and there is a wide variety of students with many higher belts on the mats each night and also plenty of white belts. So whether you're already experienced or brand new you will fit right in. Whether you are looking to try bjj or mma for a fun way to get in shape, or to learn to defend yourself, or if you have goals of competing in BJJ or MMA, Triumph is the place to do it. Come check it out!

And apprehensive about what to expect? Dismiss that thought. You'll be welcomed by a crew of amazing people. This is a huge gym, easily the largest in NH, more than likely New England... might even be a contender for the country. If you've been interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, do not hesitate to reach out to Triumph. You'll be glad you did!

Overall I must say the first day was the last time I'd attend a normal gym primarily. I take the adult Muay Thai classes and I'll say right now, all those years of hurt, sadness, and anger were all gone with the first punch, and it makes you want to come back again and again! The whole coaching staff is absolutely amazing as well as the fighters they have. Everyone wants you to be a better you!! I love coming here and look forward to someday competing with/for them. All in all, this place saved me. And I'll forever be grateful for coach Kosta, Scott & Ibere

Awesome gym. Period…read more Bill and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and will put in the time to help you reach your goals. If you want to fight, they'll get you ready; if you want fitness, they'll get you in shape. After a few sessions, you'll be angry at all the time you wasted at your typical gym. The gym is fully equipped with a full size ring, heavy bags, pads, bands, weights and wall to wall full size mirrors. All of that for an affordable price - actually, it's the most affordable Muay Thai gym in the Boston area. Plus, they offer many other classes like Strength and Conditioning, No Gii BJJ and MMA. Seriously, why pay a similar price to mindlessly lift weights? Call Bill and schedule a training and learn something useful while getting into the best shape of your life. Young, old, man , woman, doesn't matter, come down and gain the strength and confidence to endure any difficulties you face in life.

The moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. Bill asked me what my goals were and at the time, I had always been interested in trying kick boxing. I was provided with gloves and hand wraps to use and Coach Jake taught me how to wrap my hands. An hour and a bucket of sweat later, I signed up for a membership and decided to give Hard Knocks Muay Thai and MMA a try. Fast forward to almost 2 years later, this gym has become a huge part of my life in ways I couldn't have imagined. I did more than "try kick boxing". I met a group of extremely skilled and knowledgeable coaches, trainers, and fighters that have helped me take my fitness to the next level. I've begun to fall in love with a sport that pushes me to face my fears. The coaches and fighters in this gym are the epitome of discipline and hard work and it has truly been a privilege to learn Muay Thai with them by my side. There is always room for improvement and everyone is always looking out for you, to help you reach your full potential. My favorite part about Hard Knocks is the sense of family and I wouldn't want to train anywhere else! Book your free intro class now!
