I'd like to start off this review by openly admitting I am an employee of this gym but my opinion…read morewritten in this review is non biased and coming from a members perspective (I work out here too). Option 1 Fitness has earned a five star review review for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness is kept top priority. This is the cleanest gym I have ever worked out in. 2. The cardio equipment, machines, free weights (Dumbbells 5-150, bumper plates, etc) are all brand new. The machines are oiled weekly and are very smooth. 3. They let you lift heavy and use chalk! Too many gyms nowadays frown upon members making noise, lifting heavy, etc. 4. 24hr access 365. ***There are many different class options as well (functional fitness, kickboxing, hooping, Zumba, step) many of which are included in the most basic membership. ***Tanning is also included These are starred because they are not of interest to me but I felt they should be included in the review. Hope this was insightful and helpful.

The energy and passion that Sifu Vinny brings to his classes is refreshing and contagious. I have the opportunity to experience this not only as a parent of 2 teen Kung Fu students, but also as a student myself of Tai Chi. The students here are of all ages, experience, learning styles and abilities. Each is treated as if they are the most important student in the room. Whether you are curious about martial arts or a master, I highly recommend training with Sifu Vinny.

This was our first time to Bodhifit and my friend's first yoga class. However, I was blown away by Jo's fun and outgoing personalities and her incredibly articulate and clear instructions. She made the head stand such an easy task. She was hands on and supportive. Although…read moreit was mentally and at times physically challenging, it was truly a blessing to participate in. The hosts were very kind, and the guests were inclusive. The accommodations were very comfortable. I had everything I needed. You have to be mentally prepared to commit, and open minded or you will not fully appreciate the experience in my opinion. It's not for everyone. There was a great deal of sitting, group participation, and patience required. The agenda is pretty full and subject to change, so not a lot of downtime, but that is what you came for. The food was delicious and all vegetarian. There is no alcohol and no alcohol allowed on premises; not a complaint just a disclosure. Whether you are new to the practice or consider yourself an expert, I think you will gain something from this place. If you're ready to go inside and you are not afraid of what you might find, I highly recommend Setu Vermont.
