I had my IPL treatment and doctor Ellsworth avoided answering my questions regarding my skin condition and looked like wanting to end the session and leave me soon as possible. I had a feeling she either didn't appreciate my business or doesn't know much about skin laser treatment...still she is a chiropractor and not a skin doctor. This expensive appointment would only last 5 minutes. Besides, she would leave some spaces on my skin untreated (I had to remind her to treat these areas) and left me with painful blisters on other areas. I arrived on time for my appointment and the staff was very kind and offered me a bottle of water. Dr. Ellsworth was very patient with me an answered every question I had. She took her time and listened. I never felt rushed. I actually felt relieved because Dr. Ellsworth explained all the steps that would take place during and after my treatments. I had the IPL (Photofacial treatment) and did not have any issues with it. Dr. Ellsworth does explain that there will be some tiny little blisters that occur on a few areas of the face after the treatment and that information is also listed in the patient paperwork that I signed so I was well aware of some of the things such as redness, tiny/pin point blisters etc. I was able to put my makeup back on right after the treatment and return to work. I was so extremely happy with the IPL treatments and how all the blemishes and sunspots had faded and my skin was even toned that I returned recently and completed a series of laser weight loss treatments and lost 2 inches around my waist. I highly recommend Dr. Ellsworth for chiropractic care, Nutritional counseling, laser weight loss care, IPL, and laser hair removal. read more
