They have a cheaper alternative to the flat rate boxes that now come with tape on the box so you don't have to spend money on a roll for one shipment. In all seriousness the feeling and was that made my trip was like opening a present from Santa in 3rd grade on Christmas Day! In the current difficult times we are all experiencing that was something that made my day so much easier. I'm terrible with names and the important thing was the woman behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. People like her are the exact reason I have missed living in a small town. Restored my faith in retail workers and humanity knowing they do care and hope they see this glowing review. I cannot be more happy with today's interaction. OMG   O M G ! ! !…read more I'm impressed!!! And I'm not easily the impressed type!!! We live on one of the hills here in town. Last week I was watching the city and the surroundings from one of my windows. It was already dark, probably around nine o'clock give or take not later than ten o'clock. Then I heard a crazy amount of sirens, I could tell, because of the sounds, that it it was the FD. Few minutes later I turned and looked towards the other hill on the opposite side from where I was at, and I saw a huge flame with the shape like the emojis in the middle of the dark, and I was OMG, because I have never seen fire like that before!!! Almost immediately I saw the lights from afar of the FD arriving at the scene, and OMG those guys ROCK!!! It was like they just turned off a switch, because as soon as they got there the flames instantly disappeared!! THANK YOU GUYS for all you do!!! I have heard and watched through the communication systems all you do, but this, I have never seen before in my life!!! I am sooo grateful to know that we count on one of the Best Fire Departments in Rapid City, SD!!! You guys ROCK!!!! Thank you Thank you soooo very much!!!

One amazing thing I saw today when I was walking through Downtown Rapid City, it's a new campaign that the city has started to end panhandling and encourage people to donate to Real Causes. So besides some signs, I also saw a Donations or Giving Meter on some corners of the Downtown!! The Donations made in the Meter will go to Local Charities!! I find that to be a genius idea!! It couldn't be more straight forward, and it's a way to keep crime down!! GO MR SALAMUN!! I can already tell that you are in office!!! :)

There is a mall, hospital, university & all of the usual chain stores & restaurants. There are a few Starbucks, Target, Bass Pro Shop, Culver's, Spencer's, Panera, ... Many ethnic restaurants are here now Indian, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese ... The major hotel chains, car dealerships, gas stations, fast food restaurants....The city is very excited as they are getting their first Barnes & Noble's, although I find the independent book store is much more interesting.

There is no resolution to getting our packages found and the robot calls just hang up on you. Poor service, rude employees, no resolution. This is the third package that they've lost and they're all worth $100+. The boss of this facility really needs to review his or her staff as I've never had these issues in bigger cities.
