I just remember him wrapping a rubber band around my arm and then suddenly I was in the waiting room all done with gauze in my mouth. I thought I had been there for 5 min but the procedure was already done. Completely painless, I was asleep the entire time! He works pretty fast too. The nurse also gave me laughing gas in the beginning when I sat in the chair, it really helped ease my nerves down. I was very anxious. But after this being my first surgical experience, I can honestly say wisdom removal isn't so bad! I've also been taking my pain med timely so the pain never hits since I left the office. They saved the visit. This was my first time going here. Had tooth pain near a past root canal. Dr Hadad had perhaps the most lacking bedside manners in all I've come across of every sort of doctor's appointment. Just asking simple questions earned his ire. I just asked questions, didn't ramble or anything, just asking about my options and his tone became extremely hostile and agitated for some reason. The dental assistant got me another dentist, apologizing for the rudeness and it was a good thing because he could sense I was about to go off. The dentist who came to replace him was extremely kind and courteous, a far cry from Dr. Hadad. Front desk also unprofessional -- when a male worker could not get ahold of CVS to send my prescription, he decided he wasn't going to do his job and after trying two different CVS's and rudely stated "I can't just keep calling all these stores for you"?? He decided to not do his job that day and said that I just need to come back in the office if i wanted my prescription. I decided to deal with the pain and infection instead. Overall, this business was a waste of my time, gas, money and energy. It's clear that some staff and doctors are kind, but there are some that go against the vision this place wishes to portray and it ruins the experience for the ones who are actually nice. I don't believe Dr. Hadad's presence among the staff is to the benefit of the dentistry's reputation, and neither are staff members who are not willing to do their jobs and get customer's prescriptions to their pharmacy. I would recommend this place as long as you see any other doctor and don't need a prescription filled, because you won't get help. As for me, I won't be going back.

For years, and…read moreI mean years, I have been trying to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted but every oral surgeon or general dentistry I went to denied me because they claimed the procedure was too risky due to my teeth being very deep impacted. I admit when I first went to see you guys back in November I was a little skeptical because I had been rejected by some many others but I had some faith in you all since I was referred to you all by my insurance provider. Let me tell you something, I'm so glad I toon a leap of faith with you all! Not only was my first consultation back in November of 2016 a breeze, Dr. Jo insured me that he could get all 4 of my wisdoms teeth pulled out and best of all my insurance literally covered all of the procedure. And this procedure was every bit of $4000, I only had to pay $75 of my own money! Which was AMAZING! Fast forward, today (January 19th) I finally with got my wisdom teeth extracted! Finally! After all these years of fighting with insurance companies and doctors I finally have them pulled out. Thanks to you guys! My tooth was just not numbing and he took his time 30+ mins to make sure I was not going to feel anything before diving in. He was quick to work and make sure I was okay when he could check. I actually enjoy going to the dentist and have consistently gone every 6 months for years, so I know exactly what to expect from a routine visit. While the administrative staff was nice and attentive, my clinical experience with Dr. Patel felt more like a high-pressure "timeshare sales pitch" than a medical consultation. The first red flag happened when Dr. Patel recommended a specific cleaning that included a rinse/spray. When I told him I just wanted the basic cleaning covered by my insurance, he dismissed my preference. He stated he didn't know anything about my insurance coverage and refused to perform the basic cleaning. I later learned that his recommended cleaning came with an out-of-pocket expense of at least $100. The second red flag came when he displayed my X-rays on the big screen. He went over every tooth and recommended replacing old silver fillings with cosmetic white ones, along with several other costly procedures. When I questioned his recommendations, he became condescending and repeatedly asked if he had explained it well and if I even understood him.At that point, it became clear that I was dealing with a money-hungry dentist rather than a trustworthy provider whose primary focus is patient care. I will not be returning.
