went to renew my drivers license, the representative was not friendly and I have never had such a horrible experience. She was making me read the smallest row on the eye test which I have never had happen. Then she just said "what row can you read". I did read the row above the one she asked for and I was given my license. I asked if she could brighten the background (I wear contacts and just had my eyes checked), and she just said "no". I have gone there for years I will never go back there again. read more

Always had a very nice experience when I go there. The girl in the photo has always been pleasant to me.

Was seen by a lady named Tiffany, she was extremely rude and disrecptpful. Was very upset through the whole interaction and even called me an asshole as she walked back into the BMV very loudly in front of the staff and other customers. I will be filling a formal complaint. read more

I went to the ELLET BMV last Friday with my wife and Unfortunately we were waited on by a person who I believe is named Tiffany- she was so rude with me and used a terrible tone of voice, by this time I was fed up with her same attitude from a few weeks before when she did the same thing to us; this time I responded to her by matching her energy and for that reason, she asked Jill to take over and said that she couldn't deal with me. I was SO HAPPY to see Jill because she is ALWAYS nice, patient and is willing to at least look for the answers when she doesn't have them- so, the terribly rude woman did me an ENORMOUS favor by not wanting to wait on me because I never wanted her to wait on me in the first place. I've NEVER been to a business where I've been left standing at the counter and had to be waited on by someone else due to an employee not wanting to wait on me because I treated them the same way they were treating me- that was definitely a first for me and it will definitely be a last for me at the Ellet BMV. I'll be sure to go out of my way to avoid this place in the future; people DO NOT have the obligation to patronize a business that has employees who don't know how to treat other human beings!! To me, this is unfortunately one of those places where you can be having an awesome day when you go into the building but you can come out of the building in a terrible mood if you let some of the people that work in there get to you; it's as if having a bad attitude is a pre-requisite for working at the place. Lastly, I'm reading other comments here and It appears that the owner might be Jill in this case- I didn't know that- I assumed that the rude woman I mentioned previously was the owner as she is the voice that I ALWAYS seem to hear above all others when I go there, other employees seem to look for her a lot when they need help and apparently she is permitted to get away with mistreating customers whenever she feels like doing so- but it's not just her- i've seen other employees being unnecessarily aggressive with customers as well. Jill, I feel gives maximum effort and treats people with the utmost respect at all times- hats off to her! However, my constructive criticism to her is that as a leader her attitude is not trickling down within the culture of her company and I must say that after working with her several times I'm pretty shocked and disappointed to learn that she is the owner who permits such nasty behavior in her business- the vibe that she emits is definitely not aligned with the vibe that her business as a whole emits- if she could wait on all customers that would be great, but the reality of the matter is that she is a part of a team and her team's attitude is a reflection of her leadership unfortunately. I don't know Jill personally, but just from the few interactions that I've had with her I can tell that she is a good person and genuinely wants to help people- to me, she seems so out of place in her own business and I don't even know how she can work with her colleagues every day because in my opinion many of them DO NOT deserve the privilege of making a living off of servicing the community they treat so badly-and with that being said, for as nice as she may be, Jill doesn't deserve the privilege either if she is willing to sit back and watch the community that supports her business be treated so badly. Jill, if you read this- I'm sorry but everything I've said here has been my honest opinion about the majority of my experiences I've had at Ellet BMV when I'm not working with you- I don't have much that is positive to say about your business as a whole and I don't even think it deserves one star at this point to be honest; hopefully you'll make changes soon and have a business with a culture that the Ellet community truly deserves! And I have to ask...how do you not see what takes place at your business? Or if you do see it, then as an owner, why do you permit that type of behavior? read more

Wishing the personnel here could be a little more friendly. Maybe some are but I didn't meet them.
