The Pharmacy is a friendly and helpful place to visit…read more I take a lot of medication because I have Multiple Sclerosis. Some of these cause side effects which are easier to tolerate than the disease. The Pharmacy are always very helpful in helping me identify which symptoms are likely to be side effects and if these are serious enough to warrant a visit to my G.P. Being a busy working mum with my own Business means I work away a lot. I do not have the time to visit my G.P. much. The Pharmacy's help is invaluable in helping me decide if a visit is necessary. The Pharmacy can also Pre-order regular Medications for me that can take a couple of days to come through from the Manufacturer. This means I can pick them up the same day I get the Prescription from my G.P. So, all in all a great service and Many Thanks !!

This is a well stocked pharmacy with great customer service. If you come here often they'll know…read moreyou by name - it's a nice local kind of shop, but without any old feeling to it. On the contrary, it feels very modern and professional. They have a prescription collection service, and have good links with most of the surgeries in the local areas. There's many an organic/pure product on their shelves, as well as the ordinary products you'd find in their corporate rivals like Boots, and to me it's a good mix of the two - not too obtrusively alternative but not too based on the mainstream. The staff have always been very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful- notably so the head pharmacist, who is always willing to have a chat with you should there be any worries, and the kind lady behind the till, who's always serves with a smile and will ensure you've got the right product.

After a few loud gasps and looks of shock, they gave me some special plasters and even spent time helping me dress the cut even though there was another customer waiting. 10/10 for products, service and price!

Staff are incredibly friendly and easy going, and enjoy indulging in light hearted repartee with their customers. I've never had to wait long for my prescription, and if I was kept waiting I wouldn't mind. Another great thing about this place is that it is open plan, with most of the stock being stored on shelves behind the counter. This adds to the interactive relationship between staff and customers. It also feels reassuring to see your prescription being arranged in front of your eyes, and means that staff can't disappear into a back room for hours like they are sometimes prone to doing (not that the lovely, conscientious staff here would behave in such a way, of course.) All in all, a charming little pharmacy.
