This is a GREAT place to stay! Mom and I were in Las Cruces to visit family. She wanted to be close…read moreso she chose this hotel. I had never heard of Drury Inn, but this was her choice. When we arrived I asked the receptionist for other rates based on senior discount, first responder, etc. She took the time to run comparisons and told us Mom had booked the cheapest rate. I appreciate her effort!! She also explained the "happy hour" of sorts and provided a ticket that allowed us free drinks. Although we were headed out, that's a bonus. The room itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable! Our room had a refrigerator and microwave, both of which we used. The bathroom was a generous size with lots of counter space. AND, the water was HOT! I love a nice hot shower after traveling. The next morning we had the included breakfast. Talk about a TREAT! You can choose between full-sized waffles or those baby versions (you make your own), the sausage was delicious, they had potatoes, biscuits & gravy (my favorite), eggs, red & green chili, oatmeal, fruit, fresh juices, coffee, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. It was MORE than a continental breakfast. We only stayed one night, but when we return I'll definitely stay here!

Traveling we found ourselves at the Drury inn as you are about to leave Las Cruces, NM. It was one…read moreof our "pet friendly" choices for only $50 bucks extra. From the beginning the reservation process went well. We were able to get a room, two queen beds were the only available choice but it was very nice. My wife's conditions for lodging are extensive. Pros: Clean room, bathroom immaculate, staff spent a lot of attention to detail. Accountability by the staff. They actually signed off on cleaning the room. TV, microwave, AC all working and in good condition. Fitness room on our floor. We were next to the stair well so walking the dog was easier. Breakfast was amazing. Cons: I honestly couldn't think of anything to mention. We will be staying here on the way back. It's very affordable and close to the interstate. Say high to Miriam at the front desk when you see her.

This motel is conveniently located in Las Cruces, New Mexico about a mile from Mesilla plaza, a few…read moremiles from New Mexico State University (NMSU) and less than an hour from El Paso, TX. This older motel has two stories and is in a U-shape around a grassy green common area and a small swimming pool. Parking spots are available in front of the rooms. The rooms are quite large. The main room has a bed, desk and tv with stand. There is also a fridge. The floor is tile which is nice and cool and much easier for staff to keep clean especially in dog friendly rooms. We were on the downstairs floor which made it easier to take the dog out for potty breaks. The weather was so nice in the summer evening while we were there that we opted to have our dinner delivered by a service to the patio furniture in the grassy common area. After eating, we lingered longer chatting and enjoying the fresh air. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a tub and toilet in an enclosed space. The closet and sink area were separate. Wifi name and password were printed on the keycard cover. We connected with ease. In the morning, we gave our vouchers to the dining room staff and then helped ourselves to the standard buffet breakfast which included hot and cold items. I usually go for sausage and eggs, but sometimes indulge in the waffle, a bagel, or biscuits and gravy. It's always nice to be fueled up so we can hit to road and not worry about stopping until dinner and the occasional gas for the car. The bill is emailed to me since I'm a BW member. I generally drop off the keys at the front on the way out, but if doing a late checkout, I sometimes leave the keycards in the room for the cleaning staff. If you are traveling with a dog, this location is great. It will always be on my radar. It does get busy, so it is worth booking your room the day before or early in the day. Showing up the night of without a reservation might mean having to drive far to find another place.

Still a great clean place. Rooms are older but clean. They have an excellent breakfast still as…read morewell with staff who are very attentive and provide excellent service. I will be back next winter.
