Above is from product care on Louis Vuitton web page for the Alma BB Purse. My wife, to my disapproval, took her Louis Vuitton Alma BB purse to PP cleaners to be cleaned. My wife learned an expensive lesson.

They explained how everything works, and what to do when we need a new tank. All I need to do is place one call, and the next day, I have a new propane tank hooked up. Don't use Crites Electric unless you want to be ripped off by incompetent "electricians". Our…read moregenerator stopped working. They came and replaced various parts, including one they had taken from a different unit. They got the generator working again but it stopped a half-hour after they left and wouldn't start again. We got a 2nd opinion and were told within 5 minutes that the generator was fine, we had a gas issue. This 2nd opinion cost $50. Crites billed us for $271.85 including full price for the used part they installed. I phoned to complain and they reduced the bill to $197.99. They spent 2 hours "fixing" an unbroken generator instead of knowing upfront it was a gas issue. Don't make the same mistake we did, call a competent electrician.

They've always been dependable, always out here the same day when something went wrong, always responsive to messages. Now the part I hate to say.....they've been "upgrading" for a few years now, while raising rates - which was fine because they were still lower than other places. The other day, my internet went out (I work from home so this was a huge problem). They came out, and told me that because of the leaves on the trees they had to move my dish 20 feet (this is the 3rd time it's been moved and in this spot for 2 years...same trees and leaves)....so they come out two days later and move it. Then two hours later, the tech comes to my door and tells me he's sorry but he can't get a signal and suggested I find a new provider. I told him to just move it back where it was so I would at least have some kind of connection. I don't understand how doing upgrades make you lose long time, loyal customers. I am now forced to find another provider for double what I'm paying now.
