There was a bit of confusion as to what door to use to get into her part of the building (note - use the back door, not the front door), so I ended up knocking on her back, locked door and walked thru a client service area (no one was there or receiving a service). Manijeh was wonderful, informative, gracious... just an all-around pleasure! She asked if I wanted to know about all the steps she was doing (as this was my first facial, and I did), and kept up a lovely conversation during the treatment portions, but stayed silent during the back and facial massage. This was my first facial, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was blown away... she didn't try and push any products on me, and I felt like a new person when I left! The paraffin hand treatment was delightful... especially the hand/arm massage that ended it! I really can't say enough how much I enjoyed the entire service. From what I can tell (after having spoken with some friends who have received facials), what Manijeh does in her "basic" facial what others do in their "premium" facials... paraffin hand treatment, back massage (touching on pressure points), arm/hand massage after paraffin treatment... seriously amazing!!
