Elite Travel has been more helpful than I could ever imagine. I first worked with them when planning my honeymoon back in 2017. I had an idea of what I wanted to do but had no clue where to start. I always thought working with a travel agency would cost a fortune or it wouldn't actually get me where I wanted to be. I quickly learned- this was not the case. This team made it so easy to confidently know I was going to love my honeymoon adventure. I shared with them exactly what I had in mind and given that I was planning a wedding I couldn't be breaking the bank either. They were completely understanding of my budget but also my wish list! I knew I wanted to go to a beach somewhere and just feel relaxed overall. They gave me so many recommendations and personal testimonies from their team/clients on each of them. We determined the best fit for mine and my husband's honeymoon would be an all inclusive resort. This still left a pretty large option for the decision on which resort to go to. Just when I thought I'd feel overwhelmed, this team supported me by asking questions about the amenities, food, scenery, adventure that I must have there or that I could do without. This helped narrow it down a lot! Who knew?! When we landed on the resort company I wanted to travel with they sent me a very detailed list & pictures of the resorts so I could determine where I saw us staying. This made it incredibly seamless and as I said before, I was confident in my decision. I am so thankful for the team here and the amount of time and effort they spend ensuring you get the travel plans that you couldn't even dream of! We ended up going to Secrets Resort in Costa Rica and my oh my was it more than perfect!! Needless to say, we have booked all of our trips through Elite Travel since then-and have never been disappointed. Carolyn and her team know traveling inside and out and want all of their client's to get the most out of their customized vacations. They and are there for their customers from the time they book their trip till the time the return home. If there are complications with travel, whatever the reason, they are your Homeland Security answering the phone when others would not any time or day. I was fortunate to take a river cruise as a rewards trip. I had a wonderful experience on the Moselle River in Luxemburg, France and Germany. This trip would not have been possible without the assistance of Elite Travel. The Elite Travel team took care of helping me select the best flights, ground transportation, hotels and cruise. I had a slight problem with a missed connection, but they were on top of that as well! They helped me get out on the next available flight and made sure my ground transportation was aware of the my later arrival too so I didn't have to worry about that once I landed. Received the Best customer service Ever from Carolyn and her team at Elite Travel! We booked our honeymoon in Jamaica and paid for a "partial ocean view". What we ended up getting was a dumpster view and we could only see the ocean if you leaned waaay out over the balcony. When we returned home and I told Carolyn about this she was extremely unhappy.
