Our grandmother had passed away and we had only received the official document from the funeral home in Germany the day before we needed it for the US State Dept (for passport issues during pandemic travel). We were stressed out ! Without this document translated and submitted, we would not have been able to go to the funeral. In came Elite to the rescue. I emailed and called 5-8 translating services. Elite returned my email within the hour. I knew that the usual turnaround time was 24-48 hours, but Elite did my official translation with an incredible one-day turnaround AND at an extremely competitive price. No other translation service could help me under the same time frame with the same professional service. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Engaged Omar late last evening through Yelp at around 9:30PM and inquired if Elite TransLingo is able to provide a rush certified translation on a 4 page document (contracts, etc.) which was needed to be sent today by 5PM. We had a hard cutoff date on the translation so same day service was required in order for us to ship the translation via overnight shipping. By 7:30AM this morning, Omar was able to confirm that they are able to provide the service. The document was sent to me by 4:00PM and we were able to ship out the document on time. Called back several times to find a translator. Every time I called I was bridged through to a hold line and waited on there for several minutes each time. Never got to speak to someone and never got a call back. If this business were serious about customer service and translation they would have someone answering phones or at least returning calls. read more

I worked with Elite TransLingo twice, to have a Korean speech and a number of newspaper articles translated into English. The prices were quite fair (I received quotes from three vendors), and the work in general was very good. I appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of their communication. Quotes and translations were provided relatively quickly. When I asked for clarification on a vague bit of translation, I received answers within two days. At this time, they don't have translators who know hanja, Chinese-based characters which often appear in old Korean articles, but for straightforward Korean-into-English translation, I would recommend them. read more
