You can put on videos for things like Zumba, yoga, boxing etc. bands are available for use too. You can also just sit and relax listening to meditation music or reading a book. I never liked saunas until this one. You can actually breathe and don't sweat. Also available are a massage bed, res light therapy bed, salt therapy room and tanning bed. The owner, Eric is amazing and extremely passionate and knowledgeable about all of the machines as well as how long you should be in each. I've spent 3 plus hours here 4 out of the last 5 days and it's made a HUGE difference in how relaxed and distressed I feel!

I had booked my hair appointment for June 13th through the StyleSeat app. Unfortunately, she did not update the system after my consultation. She arrived 40 minutes late for the consultation. On the day of the hair appointment, she was an hour late as well. Furthermore, she forgot the cap for my quick weave, which further delayed the appointment. She rushed through the entire process, and I had a strong sense that something was wrong. She put glue directly on my scalp when she put the cap and glued the pieces of hair way in the front of my head, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome and then charged me $140 for highlights when I expressed that I wanted money pieces. I strongly advise against booking appointments with this individual. Additionally, I was unable to submit a review on the StyleSeat app.
