She was so energetic and passionate even at 7:30 pm!! Even though I was her last client at the end of a long day, she treated me like her first. I have some injuries and limitations and she was really good about being mindful of that yet still pushing me. And she would even get down and do the more heinous (but good for you!) core and leg exercises right along with me! Not just demonstrating, actually doing them! So o felt very motivated and also like we were in it together. This type of training is a little on the pricier side, it's true. But the trainers are genuine and care so much about their clients and their work. You really feel that. You feel cared about. So if you really are looking for solid guidance and a program that will grow with you as you improve, I recommend this place and these trainers.
