The guys are always punctual and respectful of the fact they are working in your home. We've never had any issues with the bathrooms or kitchens they've installed. Excellent attention to detail and competitively priced. Ivan, Craig & Ross recently installed a pensioner friendly bathroom and were lovely in dealing with our parents and the challenges which come with clients who have dementia. I had LIP come to a total re-do on a bathroom for Me…read more Completely thee worst job I've ever had done! Left it unfinished as well. And it was meant to be a 3 days job. He was on it still at day 8. Only put down half the floor tiles, done wet wall and screwed nails into the top of it, never put internal corners in, really bad cuts made everything looks like it was done by a child. It's that's bad. Seriously damaged the door to the bathroom, big thick crack up it. Radiator now not working ever since he touched it. It's like a botched job, all needs ripped out and totally redone!!! He also demanded a £300 deposit as well. And kept adding extras on as it was a £900 job that then went up to £1,000. Once I'd seen the job he had done I was gob smacked asked him to fix it and then never heard from him again, lucky I never gave him another penny. Watch out as he asks for the money half way between the job tries to get as much out of you as he can and leaves you with a horrific botched job to deal with. Would never use this guy again and I'm for warning you all!!!
