I have had two different experiences with NCRI in the last five years. At my old house, they helped…read morewith water damage from the roof. They were professional, helpful and did a great job with the work. Then, a few months ago our basement flooded while we were gone for 4 days - we came home to standing water! We called around 4:00 pm, and they were at my house the next morning at 8 am (there had been a TON of flooding in the area, so they did the best they could). Within 6 hours my entire basement had all the carpet removed (all our furniture/kids toys/storage items were down there to begin with), and big fans and humidifiers set up. I was so thankful - the gross smell went away, and the drying process could begin. We could NEVER have done what they did in that amount of time. I highly recommend NCRI of you need emergency work done!

My insurance company arranged for this company to do the repair work from the flood water that came…read morethrough our ceiling and saturated my carpet. Because of the way this company cut my carpet to dry it, ALL THE CARPET & PADDING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. Since the ceiling and the carpet are being replaced we paid this company an additional $2000 to paint the walls. Keep in mind ALL OF THEIR WORKERS ARE SUBCONTRACTED OUT. Apparently, when the builders originally painted the walls, the got paint along the top of the baseboards but the paint was the same color of the wall so it was never noticed. Apparently the painters realized it and took pictures of it and sent them to NCRI, but NOONE MADE US AWARE. So now that the painting is done we now have a white line all around the room. Although we did not have an issue before' we do now. If we had known about this paint issue when the painters found it we could have made a collective decision on how to move forward, but to no say anything and walk away like the job is done is unacceptable. So now my family room looks like shit after I paid over 2 grand over what the insurance company paid, and they feel since they didn't get the paint on the baseboards its not their problem. The foreman or whatever his job title is was an unprofessional waste. If you are going to hire a kid to do an adults job, make sure he is EXPERIENCED & PROFESSIONAL before allowing him to deal with the public!! COLTON is NOT an asset to your horrible company, and neither is his supervisor!! Save yourself the hassle & don't do business with them!!!

Were conscientious about cleaning up as they worked. They were able to do the whole job (removal of damaged wood, replaced insulation and sheet rock, mud and taped, installed new window which needed additional framing to fit the old window space) for a little more than another company quoted me for JUST the window. They also answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and recommended looking into where water damage had come from to prevent it happening again. When they realized something was small enough for me to address myself they didn't hesitate to tell me instead of quoting a repair or recommending another contractor to provide a quote. Honestly just the more down to earth, kindest guys. I will be calling them again.

Snow White Carpet Cleaning is a truly wonderful, very professional company!…read moreMy husband and I needed to have our carpets cleaned, but all of the carpet cleaning companies were booked solid. I wanted to use this company, because their online reviews were mostly 4/5 stars, with excellent comments about them. Finally there was a last -minute cancellation, and they were able to get me in. I certainly was not disappointed at all in the expert service, very courteous and highly competent young man, Hugo, who came to my house, and the end results. He listened to all I wanted to have done, and after I showed him the rooms where I wanted the carpet to be cleaned, he gave me a very good quote on the price. I was blown away at how reasonable it was. Our carpets were badly in need of a cleaning, and had numerous pet stains, other stains on them. When Hugo had finished the job, I was amazed at how wonderful our carpets looked, and they smelled so fresh too. The stains were gone, and our carpets looked beautiful! They will even move your furniture for you, if you cannot do it yourself. We wanted our carpets to dry quicker, so Hugo even set up industrial fans all around the house to make that happen. Sierra and Julie are great to find out everything you need before they arrive, so they will be fully equipped to do your complete service. It is a very efficient company that way too. Hugo answered all the questions I had, and I could tell he really knew so much about cleaning carpets and doing the best job possible. He is a very conscientious young man, and his goal is your complete satisfaction with this cleaning service. The office staff, particularly Sierra and Julie, were very cordial to me every time I would speak to them on the phone, and Sierra promised me she would call me if she got a cancellation. I had complete confidence that she would do that. I was right! The next day, she called me and excitedly told me she had a cancellation. I was so impressed that she followed through and contacted me to get scheduled. Hugo had done such an incredible job that I wanted to write this five-star company a review that they certainly deserve. I highly recommend this company, who has been in this business forty years, and we will use them for many years to come. It is such a blessing, in this age of scams and people who take advantage of you, to find this company that is all about treating their customers with respect, doing outstanding work, and being efficient ,but extremely thorough and very accommodating. You will not be sorry if you use this carpet cleaning company. You will be thrilled that you did! Teacher 4 Ever
