As soon as we closed on the house he sent his guys over to make repairs to keep us in the dry until they could get there to do the work. The house had 2 flat roofs on the front. (One on each side) We knew there was some water damage due to neglect from the previous owner. After they tore the flat roof off the first side, there was much more damage than we had anticipated. The flat roofs were not terminated properly and were allowing the water to get behind the siding. (both sides were the same way). After every step we found ourselfs deeper and deeper. After 6 days, all of the damaged wood was replaced and we had a beautiful new roof. Will and his guys worked till dark most days and were very professional from day one.
