We called twice to have them come out and service our A/C and our heater. First time they pulled a…read moreno show with no call. I called them to ask they said they had another job and would reschedule. If I had not called them I would not have known. The second time they said they would be here today at 830 am. It is now 9:07am. I once again had to call only to be told we are on the list. I then decided to just cancel all together and go with another company. Bad business, considering it is a small town and word of mouth is everything. They claim to stand behind their work and customer service... sadly they are sub par on both departments

After I gave them the go ahead to do the job, I decided to waterproof my entire basement. As this is out of their realm, they recommended a few places to me and also advised me to ask if they still installed the sump pump afterwards would it affect the waterproofing warranty...which it would. Thanks to this piece of advice from Dawn. Dawn recommended that I have the same company install the sump pump, which I ended up doing. Flash forward a couple of months and I had decided to remove a tub and replace it with a shower. This would require changing the plumbing and setting a shower base. I contacted Warkentin specifically based on Dawns integrity with my previous issue. Her team came out and ran pipes and move the floor drain. As the shower walls were not yet installed, their plumber said he'd come back to set everything to the proper depth and ensure they were aligned properly. Once the walls and tiling were up, I contacted Dawn and she sent someone the following day. Very happy with their professionalism, integrity and efficiency. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
