We contracted with Elite Minibus in November of 2019 for a wedding in September of 2020. Like almost every wedding this year it was postponed. From the moment I came across Elite MiniBus, I was hooked - Jason was great to work with, and unlike competitors in my area (I live in Yorkville, he is in Crystal Lake!), he did not try to price-gouge me for my New Year's Eve Wedding. On our first phone call, he helped me hammer our our needs based on timeline, and helped figure a way for us to have two busses without breaking our budget, and without upcharging or adding unnecessary hours. Elite minibus is amazing! We rented the bus to take to a Rockford Ice hog game! Jason arrived early so we could get everything we needed on the bus. (Which was extremely nice since we had a bunch of stuff) he was professional and friendly! The bus was real nice. Plenty of room. We were able to play our own music. He even stopped a couple times for us so we could use the bathroom! All around elite minibus was great! We had a blast and will be using them again! Go elsewhere! Don't take a chance on them ruining you big day. Elite Minibus was hired for my best friend's wedding. From the start, the bus did not have A/C on a 100 degree day. The bus brought the wedding party and photographers from the church to the picture location, about a mile away. Upon returning to the bus so we could head to the reception, we were told it was broken down and another would arrive in 20 minutes to pick us up. 20 minutes went by. Another 20 minutes went by. After about an hour, we had to Uber the bride and groom to their reception. The rest of the wedding party waited about an hour and a half in the hot weather for another bus to show up. No A/C on this bus either! This was no limo type bus - closer to a school bus interior. Everyone missed out on pictures at the reception, cocktail hour, and walked in just before dinner was being served. Since my friend was on his honeymoon after the weekend, I reached out to the owner, Jason. Jason assured me he would give a full refund to our friends since "the service they paid for was not provided". He just needed them to call when they got back so they could give him the credit card info again. Jason has not returned any phone calls in over a month. read more

We had a great night out on the town with Elite last night! We rented a party bus for 14 people and it did not disapoint! Great bus, great price, and great service!
