Review I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Bansal and his team that I recommend them to everyone! I'm 37, 5'6'', 140 lbs, mom of two. My sweet babies absolutely destroyed my body, and while I love them dearly it was also very depressing to look in the mirror and see a stranger. My breasts had the consistency of pancake batter on a skillet, and even though I reached my pre-baby weight with diet and exercise I still looked 4 months pregnant. In general I'm not one to care too much about how I look, but I just wanted my old self back. I went through RealSelf to find doctors in my area who offered free consultations, just to get a lot of different opinions. Some people told me I needed implants; some people said implants were terrible; some people said I should only transfer fat to one breast to even them out. It was a bit of a nightmare. Thankfully I was able to speak with Vanessa at Elite MD, who ultimately changed my life. We texted back and forth so much about my struggles and goals, I felt like she really listened to me I fought for what I needed, not what would get them more money. I would say she saved me. For me, I prefer a more natural look and didn't want a ton of volume, so he suggested fat transfer instead of implants. And if I want more volume, I can always transfer more another time! I ultimately decided on a tummy tuck with fat transfer to the breasts and an anchor breast lift. Dr. Bansal did an amazing job with my severe 6'' diastasis recti hole between my abs that my sweet son gave me during pregnancy. What really sets Elite MD apart is their comprehensive care plan. It's not just a surgery and then you never see them again. I truly feel like they're part of my family and would go to them for more aesthetic procedures in the future even though they're an hour from my house. They take care of you after surgery and make sure that you're eating correctly to optimize your results. They teach you important lifestyle changes that not only make you look good, but increase energy and overall health in general. I would go to them again and again for anything! I had vaser liposuction done to my back around a year ago and I was super happy with the results so I decided to come back for a second procedure! This time around, I had liposuction done to my abdomen and then a hip dip fat transfer. I'm only 2 weeks post op but the results look great. I've been on a "journey" most my life-from trauma and some other life challenges- I began healing myself spiritually, a little later in life, but started the process nonetheless .both mentally and physically and in 2010 I was told I had diabetes taking meds and pricking my finger. I was referred to Elite MD after a horrible experience with a BBL from another surgeon. I not only hated my results, but the process was horrible and I ended up in ER shortly after. I wasn't looking to spend the money to have my botched results fixed, but I was referred to Dr. Bansal and decided to just go for it. It was life changing! I have experience with three other surgeons and have consulted with many more. This wasn't my first rodeo, so I have the experience to confidently state: Dr. Bansal is hands down the best. I am writing this review hoping that other women don't make the mistake I did - money wasted, painful recovery from botched procedures. I know that so many women are tempted to either a) go to a cheap and unsafe "Build a Barbie" clinic in Miami or Mexico or b) overpay for a surgeon in Beverly Hills and think that the high cost means great service and results. She guided me through the whole process, checked in regularly before and after. In my previous surgeries, I was completely on my own. I wasn't even seen for 2 weeks after my first BBL procedure elsewhere. With Dr. B, I was back the day after, then the day after that, and then regularly for the first few weeks. Vanessa called and texted to ensure all was well. This was HUGE. This is NOT typical for other surgeons. When I started ugly crying during my second post-op visit, everyone was so loving. Cheryl, my angel, the Chief of Staff, came over and held me. I just cannot explain how well cared for I was. A BBL is very invasive and recovery is tough no matter what. You need a team to help you and I had that. 6. RESULTS, RESULTS, RESULTS!! I had major hip dips before my first BBL. Most of the fat transfer didn't survive. Vaserliposuction with J-Plasma Renuvion. This was my second surgery with Elite MD. First one was over 10 years ago and I was extremely satisfied with results. ** Update - 3 months post procedure ** I honestly forgot to update my review, so apologies for the late update. I am now 3 months post-op, and although I'm still in the early healing stages, I am happy with my results this far. I am so appreciative of how Dr.B set very realistic expectations from the start and how he gave me the tools to help set me up for the most successful outcome possible. One thing I kept reminding myself during the recovery is that he always reminded me of the 1/3 rule after my procedure. 1/3 of the outcome is based on the surgeons work, 1/3 is based on the patients postop care, and the last 1/3 is the universe and how your body responds to the procedure. This was great to remember during the healing process, and it kept me on track. I had a breast Aug with another PS a couple years ago, and I am still amazed how different EliteMd is. Dr. Vivek Bansal, Crystal, and Elite MD staff gave me life back! Elite MD makes you feel like family and are in constant communication before, during and well after procedure. There is a 24/7 concierge service for patients. Overall, an extremely educational experience, the most caring doctors and staff - the best in their field! 9 years ago I was decently fit, running 5k's, and working my way up to a 10k. As life happens, over this time, several changes occurred in succession. I injured my ankle during the last 5k, diagnosed with breast cancer (currently a survivor after lumpectomy), suffered a miscarriage, went through menopause and too many other life-altering adventures to list. Not to mention, I have scoliosis and rods in my spine constantly working against me and I have to push through to stay healthy and active every day. With all the set-backs, I didn't know who I was anymore. As though I had woken up in someone else's body and somehow 9 years had gone by. I ate healthy and worked out and did everything I could to get back to me. I hit a wall. Somehow, I had gained excess belly fat I never had and could not seem to make it go away. I seemed to injure my back trying, which wasn't helping, before I could see any results. I felt 'stuck'. Always looking in the mirror with the thought of " if I could just erase this part" like live photoshop, that would be great. I've been going to Elite MD in Danville for quite some time now. I have had full facial laser hair removal services along with facials with the esthetician on board. I love how sweet and attentive the office staff has always been. I enjoyed my laser hair removal sessions and recommend Dr. Sonia and her team to everyone! This review is a continuation of the one I wrote in December 2020. (Not sure if the update review button is gone from Yelp?) I'm 12 weeks post breast lift and re-augmentation with gel implants. I have healed amazingly and Dr. Bansal is a genuis with incisions and internal sutures! I can't believe I can barely see the scars!!! My friends are in disbelief and think there is no way I had a lift done. I had to show them the private pictures and point them out, haha. Dr. Bansal and his assistant nurse Rikki (who is a NP-c, RNFA, CANS) did an enhancement procedure on my thighs with the Vaser and Renuvion (Jplasma) for skin tightening/smoothing. I'm still very swollen but things are healing good. They also did revision on a procedure on my thighs that I had years ago with another office. I was awake under local anesthesia but fell asleep on my own. I remember I took a cocktail of pills and was made comfortable. I felt no pain! I thought my thighs would be very sensitive but I did good. I only remember being dressed at the end and my boyfriend came to pick me up. Having this procedure under local anesthesia was important to me as I just had general anesthesia a few months ago. My primary doctor had told me in the past that local anesthesia is a lot safer than going under general, and to select local anesthesia for cosmetic procedures when available.
