If 10 stars were possible! Absolute best experience to date…read moredealing with a company on Yelp! This man is an excellent business man. Good people! Juan & I scheduled a phone consultation to remove one tree which was planted in a stupid location by the builder of my new home. When he came out, I offered him another tree & he agreed to rescue it as well. Being a massive tree hugger I could not just sit back & watch the trees die as all my neighbors have allowed. I had to re-home them. I of course was happy to pay someone to remove them, I just did not want them killed. They were just saplings. Juan & his friend quickly got to work & popped those babies right back out of the earth & packaged them up & took them to put them in their new homes. Mind you, Juan drove all the way from Seguin out to Brauning Lake, after working all day at another job to take care of this because I was afraid they were going to die if they weren't rescued soon. After getting the trees I explained to Juan that I wanted to deck the area where the original tree was being removed. (The other tree removal was a bonus for me.) His friend stated that he does that work. He gave me a quote to do the deck, & we quickly got to work talking about what was needed, as I want to purchase the materials. (Control freak, maybe ) So, I'm now going to have my deck done as well. To say this was a good experience is an understatement for sure. As a first time home owner, & this being my first time working with a home business company, I am one extremely happy customer. I will HIGHLY recommend their business to anyone looking for landscaping, sprinklers, decking & more. Good people that care about people. Excellent job gentlemen! I look forward to working with you guys more in the future & telling my neighbors about y'all as well. I mean if you're gonna be out here, may as well get you more business! (More work trucks )

Very much appreciated his professionalism. Now the work. I had gravel and pavers installed on both sides of my home. The price was fair, the crew were on time, Daniel was present the entire time overseeing to completion. A job that I thought would take an entire day was done to perfection within hours. Phillip from Ladera Design was our third bid. He showed up on time and listened to what we had envisioned for our pool. His bid was well within budget. I can't stress this enough...Phillip really does listen. I told him that I wanted something low maintenance and could withstand the extreme Texas heat. Also, I wanted plants that wouldn't drop leaves throughout the pool adding to a big mess. He picked several Iris and Plumbago Plants to surround my pool. He also installed two very large Texas Sabal palms, three large mediterranean fan palms, and a 7 foot windmill palm. Added several Mountain Laurels along the perimeter. He built the beds surrounding the pool up with additional soil. Added an automatic drip system, LED lighting, weed barrier, and river rock. I can honestly say that Phillip is more than just a Landscaper...this man is an artist! He transformed a boring pool area into our very own resort! I wanted something low maintenance and he listened. Irrigation system on a Hunter automated digital timer. LED lighting tied into the pools remote control. All of this well within budget. He is very easy to work with and cleans meticulously after every work day. Several months later and the landscaping is thriving! A few weeks later the wifey and I decided to use Phillip for our newly built flower beds and sprinkler system. Ladera design installed several plants with river rock, weed barrier, and a surrounding drip irrigation system. Phillip then installed a front and back sprinkler system. Up till now I have lived with dead grass in the summer months for 12 years....I now have green grass thanks to Phillip! When I had questions about the sprinkler system Phillip walked me through every step and took the time out of his day to make sure I was satisfied. Top of the line Hunter pro-series sprinkler heads and equipment. Breakaway easy fix sprinkler bases in case one gets driven on. Initially, I was apprehensive about picking a landscaper. Phillip made the whole process easy. He knows his plants. I had several last minute changes and Phillip took care of every one. Sooo...If you just want to walk out and enjoy a beautifully landscaped home then Phillip is your guy! If you have no idea how you can transform your yard into your own private resort give Phillip a call. His expertise is second to none. I highly recommend him and he will be my landscaper for as long as I need one. Trustworthy, fairly priced, and extremely talented. Everyone that comes to my home now comments on the landscaping. We couldn't have done it without you Phillip. Thank you! You have a customer for life! Chris M.

He had the best price, plus I really appreciated his detailed explanation and timeframe. I was a little reluctant because they didn't have any reviews on Yelp, but they do have reviews on Google, plus I checked out their work on FB. I'm glad we went with Josh and his team. Straight up awesome. He stayed on top of the communications. I also appreciated being able to pay the deposit for materials via credit card through his invoicing system. There is small fee, but worth it to have the peace of mind. The communications from Josh was great. There was rain, which delayed things, but he always called and texted to keep in touch and plan around the rain. This was super important to me to be kept up to date, which he did. The work was to take place over a few days. On the first day of work they showed up on time and was very professional. I was able to check in on the progress and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. At the end of each day of work they cleaned up, kept the work site organized, and I always knew what was to happen next. The final work was top-notch. Both my wife and I were very happy. It actually turned out a little better than anticipated, which is huge. Happy wife, happy Moe (haha). I would absolutely work with Josh and the Litescape team again and would happily recommend them!
