His reports are upward near +50 pages, usually including half a dozen to dozen clear photos of the most difficult places to see in a house. His fees are average but worth every penny for how thorough he is. He's advised my clients to pursue other inspections when he notices something isn't right (e.g. he advised my client to get a roof inspection, turns out the roof needed to be replaced and my client got a brand new roof). He shows up on time and provides a quality inspection. I'd recommend spending some time with him during the inspection, it will help you as a buyer understand everything he will put in the report within the next day or so. He has performed quality inspections for me in Hayward, Danville, Concord, Clayton, and many other places.
