He offered a very attractive contract - no hidden fees or monthly time requirements, no regular schedule requirements, can cancel the shift the day before if a doctor's visit or something else comes up. He schedules shifts with a minimum of 4 hours, which is just what we needed. The caregivers who came were friendly, kind and followed our directions well. We left a list of tasks for the day, including bathing, dressing, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation. The caregivers would leave us a note at the end of the day of what they had done and how my mom had done. So helpful to have their record. Angel Heart truly helped us during a difficult time and made it very easy to use their services. I recommend them highly if you are looking for a caregiver service.

From my initial meeting with management, who came to our home to explain and answer questions regarding their services, they have exceeded my expectations. I have learned over the years this is a very involved process including insurance, home care health, and case management, etc. My parents who are 88 and 89, suffer from dementia and Parkinson's, have been cared for as if they are family to our caregiver. You cannot put a price on the compassion and empathy given by her. The billing through my parent's long-term insurance has been handled flawlessly by their financial team. Lastly, if I ever do have a question, they respond that same business day. Having parents in this situation is extremely difficult and having Angel Companions as our partner has been a true blessing.

The entire staff has bent over backwards to accommodate her mother over the 7 year residency, even despite her disabilities and lack of her qualifications to continue to live in an independent living facility. It is truly a shame that this former residents family is attempting to denigrate this outstanding senior living facility after all the care and comfort that was provided over the years. So, I am proud to give this facility a 5 star rating. Most residents, past and present, would be happy to declare their experience as "Parc Proud". Is that the " exceptional experience" they're so proud of? Otherwise I'm very pleased with the environment though. They has so many activities and amenities as far as a dining room with a chef and a beautiful library. They accept dogs..not sure about cats, but I would ask if that were important to me, it's not unlikely they'd allow them in the apartments. I know one man that has lived there happily for over 15 years. They also have vendors come in almost every day. They have Taco and margaritas every Tuesday. There a pet rescue that comes in regularly to just allow some love for both the homeless pets and the residents. Overall, I'd recommend, especially if you have your own generator for emergencies.
