Do NOT hire Dillon Riley of Elite Fence & Deck! He ripped off my elderly friends by not returning their deposit money! In July 2026 my friends gave Dillon a $5,500 deposit for fencing around their new pool. When the time neared for the fence to be installed, Dillon became unreachable- not answering calls and not returning calls. I posed as someone looking to have some fencing installed and he called me back immediately/answered my calls while ignoring my friends that had already paid him a deposit. My friend was finally able to get ahold of Dillon when I acted as someone interested in fencing and handed the phone to my friend. My friend asked for a full refund of his $5,500 deposit. Dillon refunded half of the money ($2,750) but has yet to refund the remaining $2,750. Dillon was rude and even went as far as telling my friend to do whatever he needed to do because he did not have the money to issue a refund. He is a liar and a thief! read more
