Within an hour, we received the call and a friendly man said he would be round in ten minutes. Arrived as promised in a well presented van and promptly investigated the situation in our loft. The wasps' nest was found and removed literally within minutes and the man gave a quick chat about what stage it had reached and showed us the content before taking it away. Extremely satisfied with quick and courteous service - our problem was solved within just over an hour of reporting it. Highly recommended!
