Could not be more pleased with our experience and results! Cody was extremely professional,…read morefriendly, responsive from the get go. And, flexible to our needs. We had just purchased a house and did not have access to the home for a walk through and quote. But we also wanted to get on the schedule immediately after close to expedite our move in. Cody suggested we send photos, the MLS listing etc., and he could do a rough quote from there. He put a walk through on the schedule the day after close and start day for a day after. Walk through was easy and only resulted in minor changes and he was able to start right away as planned. We had our cabinets re-painted and every wall in the house, including the insides of two closets and the pantry (totally recommend that btw). The work was done on schedule and to my expectation. We had an unanticipated visit to the property during the work and Cody was able to accommodate (we'd asked he re-prioritize the order of the rooms). I left him my house key during the job and had total trust he would take care of our home as we would; and I'm glad I did, our new house was completely transformed. Will not hesitate to hire again when we are ready to do the exterior!

His transformation of our damaged front door arch (due to vines) was remarkable. As someone who has worked with contractors many times, I took it as a positive, as Prime House will only take projects they know they can deliver on.

We kept adjusting what we thought we wanted done and Richard took everything in stride and patiently came out to the house multiple times to do various measurements to ensure an accurate quote. His team of painters was always on time and very courteous. They took great care to protect our floors and furniture and were diligent about clean up. The paint job itself was done very well. We had them repair some drywall and some trim cracks, along with painting ceiling, trim and walls and it all looks fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the result and we will certainly be using ProTect Painters for any future projects in our home.
