The dishonesty, lack of integrity, and unprofessionalism displayed throughout the nine-month ordeal has placed a significant burden on my family. What should have been an exciting and positive home improvement project quickly turned into a complete nightmare. Despite our patience and flexibility, we were forced to endure prolonged absences from job site, repeated false promises, lack of leadership and direction, constant turnover in their crew, and consistently poor workmanship. We rearranged nearly every part of our daily lives to give O&E Remodeling every opportunity to complete the job they were hired--and paid in full--to perform. Even with that, they still failed to deliver. To make matters worse, several key tasks remain incomplete; major electrical work, cabinet painting and hardware installation, installation of mantle and shelves and multiple areas of unfinished surfaces throughout the project. These are basic, critical elements of the job that were left incomplete despite repeated assurances that they would be addressed. It is impossible to understand how this company believes its actions are acceptable or how it can show no remorse for the financial, emotional, and personal hardship it caused. At this point, the only responsible conclusion is that O&E Remodeling's services should be avoided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

His superintendent Susan was every bit as relentlessly "there" for us, and scrutinizing of detail. The master bath needed to have the door to the WC changed which entailed moving two walls and replacing the door. The big awkward and precarious soaking tub was removed and a new sleek tub installed. Our shower was dark with glass bricks and is now beautiful with large tile and lots of glass. My granddaughter came to visit and asked to shower in our new bathroom. They promptly removed our builder-grade vanity, opened up the wall, and fixed all the plumbing issues. We then installed a new vanity, flooring, toilet, and light fixtures, and had everything painted to match. They added an incredible shiplap-style wall behind the vanity and waterproofed everything. Additionally, they upgraded our single sink to a double sink with improved plumbing. Remarkably, they completed all this within two weeks, saving us a lot of stress and heartache. I enjoyed working with Audrey to design the kitchen, it was so helpful to have her knowledge in selecting colors and creating the look that I wanted since I have no design experience. Fabian was the project supervisor and was easy to contact and always available for questions. We also worked closely with Sherry who was super responsive when we had needs come up. Even one year after our project was completed they have been available for any minor issues that we have had come up and were willing to come assess any issues and answer questions.
