It's 4th of July. Our house was 80 plus degrees. I know we can't stay here with two small children until things open back up on Monday. We had tried all the typical stuff and nothing was working. I knew we needed a professional. To Facebook to find a solution. I found Elite Comfort and noticed they had a post that they were open on 4th of July for emergency calls only. They are located in Remlap (we're in Trussville), but we called and dispatch said they were in trussville to pick up a part and could be here in 30 mins. What luck! Very quickly they were able to determine it was a dead capacitor - switched it out and we could feel cold air again. Would def call these guys again! read more

Michael came out and did a complete cooling maintenance on our system. I have never seen someone break out a carwash mit and scrub down my equipment before when doing a routine maintenance. he went above and beyond and his attention to detail was impressive.
