One of the most noticeable issues was that my sideburns were cut unevenly, with one side significantly higher than the other. It was very obvious and frustrating. I tried to explain the style I wanted, but it felt like my request wasn't really listened to. A haircut is something you have to walk around with every day, so it's disappointing when basic details like symmetry aren't taken into account. I left the shop unhappy and now have to wait for my hair to grow back or pay someone else to fix it. I hope the shop takes more care in listening to clients and paying attention to details like even sideburns in the future.

I love that Sport Clips allows us to check in online to see the wait time and I decided to come to this location because there was a 0 minute wait when I searched the Sport Clips Caves Online! The Store was super clean and organized when I walked in an Mo did a terrific job of welcoming me back with cheerful and warmly hospitable enthusiasm. Mo was working on somebody's hair but let me know I enter my phone number to check in in the front easily which is a smarter and more efficient System than Great Clips which requires Stylists to stop what they're doing to check in Guests which can get awkward and annoying. Danny called up me up within a few minutes and I was really excited to sample his Artistic Genius because I loved the Cut and Color he was modeling which was Fresh and Sexy! Danny had great manners and made me feel so comfortable and at Home. He was so fun to talk to and gave me brilliantly useful insights on a whole range of topics, from happily owning the Guilty Pleasure Detoxing Ritual of watching relatable Reality TV to standing up for little kids and their need to play outside just as much as studying inside. Danny did a wonderful job on staying focused on giving me the cut I wanted while answering my Spontaneously random questions, I loved how he made sure to ask how short I wanted my sides and how much I wanted to take off the top. Danny made the whole Haircutting experience very comfortable and easy and his pleasantly patient energy made it easy for me to communicate special requests to him without feeling like an annoying nuisance. He was so good at being thorough with the MVP shampooing and massaging experience too! I got everything I anticipated, from the warm face towel to the Neck Massage at the end of my Cut and Styling experience :0) I really appreciated how responsible Danny was clearly informing me of all the different products he used to Style my cut in such an effortlessly Chic way too, and He even gave me two Refer a Buddy Cards after Checkout to invite my Friends to enjoy their first Sport Clips Glam Squad Reset Experience for Free too! Overall I was extremely impressed and happy with my latest Sport Clips Adventure. I'm glad I came here instead of my usual Great Clips Cave because all the extra pampering perks helped me roll out my tense and stressed out knots so well. Thank You Sport Clips for sending me enticing Top Value deals through Email to pull me back into the Creatively Charming Franchise Hustle Fun, and hiring such Amazing Professionals like Danny who understand how to follow a Delicious Recipe for the Best Guest Experience to a T! Being served by Danny showed me how nourishing and satisfying a Haircutting Experience can be just like dining at a Fancy Restaurant, his background in the Culinary Industry really shows in how well he is able to respect and follow a brilliantly crafted Recipe for Competitively Dominant Genius ;0) Thank You Mo for adding your own Jazzy Magic into my Experience too! Mo is such a great Team Leader in joining in on the Fun Conversation about the best places to eat Breakfast around town and I love how much she supports local Restaurants and can enthusiastically advocate for their irresistible Specialties too ;0) Mo always stands out in an Chandelier room Brightening way with her Positive Communication habits, she's so mindfully adoring with her energizing Affirmations when it comes to complimenting good Taste in Fashion which is super important and relevant in this Haircutting Industry! I had so much fun stealing Cave Decor Tips from Sports Clips too, their different Trash Cans representing our Favorite Teams was so much fun and I love how Team Members are encouraged to wear Jerseys too and how there are so many TVs playing live games to remind us of how an Authentically Cool and Unique Haircut really sets the tone for a Champion's Attitude in being a Game Changing Aseet to the Team! When I went to work later that evening I got SO many compliments on my Hair and a Customer even told Me he wished He had a head of Hair like mine hahahaha!!! Thank You Danny for helping me level up from a Yummy Visual Snack to a Savory Fancy Soiree Hor Dourve ;0) I feel so much more like myself and ready to successfully slay through my Offensive Goals and have beat my personal Stats at work with my Campeona Cut already!
