Whuddup people's. I'll preface this review by stating that I've been debating on replacing my vehicle for some time. I decided to revitalize it some before selling my 2013 Cadillac Escalade Platinum SUV to whomever purchases it from me. I searched Yelp for auto upholstery repair in the South Orange County area. I sent out pictures of my issue via Yelp for estimates. Tim from Elite Auto Pros responded with an estimate, the repair process, an ETA, and a telephone number to call him. I spoke with Tim for about 10 minutes and met him the same day. I left my vehicle with Tim for an estimated 3 days. Tim texted me, sent progress pictures, called me, rand kept me informed. When I saw Tim's work 2 days later, I decided to keep my vehicle! I then asked Tim to do the following. 1) Fix my door molding that was separating from the door paneling. The Cadillac dealership says the only way to fix this is to replace an excellent condition door because the adhesive is not holding. 2) Check/repair my brakes. Paint calipers and rotors. 3) Check/repair the air conditioning. 4) Tune up 1a) Pictures show before and after of the door molding separating and repaired. 2a) Pictures highlight the brakes before and after repair including painting of the calipers and rotors. 3a) No pictures 4a) No pictures Tim handled the seat and door repair along with the painting of the calipers and rotors. Elite Auto Pros is located inside Sundwrenched Motor Werks. Chris is the owner of Sundwrenched Motor Werks. Chris handled the repair of my brakes, resurfaced rotors, serviced the air conditioning system, and performed the tune-up. I could not be more happy with the work performed on my vehicle. I highly recommend Tim. I sent a friend to Tim and I told my friend that if you aren't satisfied, I will personally pay for your auto repair bill. My friend gladly paid his own auto repair bill. Satisfaction is important to me as is trusting in a service provider to deliver upon what is the deliverable. I apologize Yelpers for the novel but I could not be happier that I chose Elite Auto Pros for my upholstery and then some repairs/upgrades. I highly regard Elite Auto Pros so much that I posted their contact information in my companywide social media platform that reaches 5000 employees. In closing, I'll write this. Tim and Chris have restored my confidence in hard working mechanics relentlessly aiming to please a customer. It's a craft that has dwindled in pride. Not here! If you need validation. Tim was communicative and I liked that he explained my options to repair this cigarette burn in my 09 Prius. Would've loved to change with a new material but unfortunately, he couldn't find this same material from dealers. Nonetheless, I'm quite happy with the workaround. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my BMW. Both Chris and Tim did the thing with my car. Chris is at Sunwrenched and Tim is at Elite Auto Pros. The bulk of work my car needed was the front bumper which needed to be fixed due to someone side swiping me (while I was parked in a shopping mall parking lot) and scratching it; the other was that same side of the swipe has an indentation on the passenger door. We took my car to both Chris and Tim because they did excellent work on another car of ours. While I was there, Chris who is at Sunwrenched did a check up on my car and performed an oil change and changed out my air filter. Tim who is at Elite Auto Pros Tim performed a bumper and side passenger door transformation. Looks better than new! I was also made aware of something that was unknown to me regarding my car. Car dealerships are thieves. As a woman, I don't know what kind of questions to ask when I purchase a car. This experience has helped me to know what questions to ask. Thank you guys I truly appreciate it. I will ALWAYS be coming to you two at Sunwrenched and Elite Auto Pros for the maintenance and fix up when needed on my car. Tim did excellent work to restore the badly damaged leather on my Lexus console. Now looks brand new. He also refinished the hood and trunk and the paint looks gorgeous. We are restoring a 67 Mustang. Besides the body, the seats were in horrible condition. Elite Auto Pros completely re-did the seats and they turned out awesome.
