Their master trainer Tony used to work in London before becoming the first trainer in Sweden who also trains other trainers. Upbeat personality, hard classes but time passes fast and before you know it, is over. Warning: Megaformer is addictive.. once you're in it you need to go a few times a week to get that burn!

Outdoor classes, Spinning, Pilates, etc. It seems like everything is tailored to "just me" and yet their were 3 others in the room. The instructors are super personal and never asked twice about my injuries - so nice! The classes are intense but you can work harder or easier -its kinda up to you..it was weird how I started to work harder when I saw what the other participants could do. It was also nice how the ages of the clients were like 20 years older and 20 years younger and it didn't seem to matter!

It is now a while that I train here, good time to upgrade my review :)…read moreI do have problem with old and not renovated buildings and that is why I like this place, it is fresh. I mostly aim for evening training. They offer a good deal of group trainings after 17:30 which is perfect for me. Well I'm not a morning person, my real body-wake-up time is after 9! But they also have early morning group trainings just for you! Don't laugh at me on this but another +point here is that I don't get lost in the gym between machines! Everything is located very straight forward and with reasonable space from each other, funny but it is is kind of important for me! I hope they will add Fresh Shake maker and towels to borrow in close future, I may give them a straight 5
