We chose the 5 hour session and time flew by. If still wasn't enough to come close to trying everything. The included RITUALS are un-freaking-believable! They happen every 1/2 hour. I had the essential oils hot herb sauna, the body scrub wet hammam sauna, and the facial zen sauna. Each included a presentation of Italian "throw the pizza dough" style towel show that was both impressive and felt absolutely amazing as the hot air would punch you in the face.
