We paid Elite Diesel in full for parts and labor, but due to a shipping issue, approximately $500 worth of work was never completed. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems.
When the truck left the shop, it immediately started having issues. Over the next 6 months, communication from Colton was extremely inconsistent. Days would go by without responses, and when he did reply, he often redirected communication to the parts supplier instead of taking ownership of the situation. My partner works out of state, and Colton assured us multiple times that he would travel to fix the issue. Instead of making Colton travel to Kansas, my partner drove 12 hours to Texas and ended up within 50 miles of Colton's shop. Meanwhile, the unfinished work from December is still incomplete, and Colton is refusing to credit the $500 value of the unfinished labor and parts.
