I had no choice but to use side door, as he never returned my call about me removing his taped up tarp. My pet fell coming up the stairs and now my pet CAN NOT WALK and is laying here crying. They also left us no where to park. They started the job without knocking on the door, letting me know their plan and left without any discussion. They did not ask if they could leave their mess all over my driveway and leave me without my main door. They also came ill prepared, ran out of gas. Took it upon themselves to look around INSIDE my garage for a gas can, all without asking. They then asked if I had gas and or a gas can, they did not have anything to put gas in. I only had empty water jugs. They said great. I went to go get them, when I returned they they said they found something. What something? Was it something of mine and where did they find it? It took them over an hour to run up the street to get gas. They also ruined some of my plants. Very unprofessional, very inconsiderate and argumentative prior to job starting but only after I already signed contract and paid them half. Job is half done, so I can not comment on their painting. Not at all happy with their lack of communication and arrogance. I pray my pup will be able to walk tomorrow as of now HE CAN NOT WALK!. This all could have been avoided if they had professionalism. I would tell them to just go, but I already paid them. He also said there was a paint shortage, so he didn't know if he could get paint, but demanded payment for a job, he couldn't guarantee he could get paint for. When I told him of my concern, he laughed at me and said, I can get paint. Don't worry..????? Never again.

I contacted Premier Painting for an outside paint job on my home. Having previously been…read moredisappointed from lack of response from two other painters and one ridiculously overpriced quote, I resorted to checking with Yelp. Actually, this should have been my first resort but hubby had referrals from two of the painters. Any how, after calling Anthony, he provided a quick response and even came out the same day to prepare the free quote. He was respectful and professional and promised the quote via email within a day. True to his word, we received a very competitive quote! The best part was, Anthony was able to begin the work the very next day! That was a huge bonus for us because we were leaving town within several days. His ability to do the work then allowed us the opportunity to travel with a clear mind that the work was done and done well. Anthony and his partner did an excellent paint job on a star burst above our front door and the soffit and fascia around the house. We were quite pleased with their work and professional service. Premier Painting will be our "go to" painters and we highly recommend Anthony and his crew for your future paint jobs

I have nothing bad to say about them. Any other paint job that I may need...like my kitchen cabinets..I will definitely call Premier Painting. Thank you so much!

He called me from a so- called constables office in Sharon, PA. I didn't believe him and called them that Monday. Told me they were closed every weekend. Lie#2. Included in my estimate was a clean up crew. No clean up crew ever came. Was told they would use drop cloths. No drop cloths were ever used and I'm still removing paint stains from furniture and doors. A supposed painter moved a heavy chair, leaving gouges in my floor. The owner said he could fix it. Don't know what he used, but the gouges are still there. Never cleaned their brushes after use. Left them sitting in paint for days. Left deep gouges in my entry way, made of stone. Whatever stain never worked, leaving my new floor with dark black gouges. The stone is brown. I had over 50 fine pieces of art in my laundry room. The painter stacked them into two piles, damaging a mirror and a few pieces of art. Then he stacked them against freshly painted walls, leaving areas I will have to be to repaint. The owner asked me where I wanted him to leave left over paint. I told him in my laundry room. He put them in the garage, where it gets below freezing in the winter. I am disabled and cannot lift anything heavier than 5 pounds. I told him his painter had taken my small angled brush. The owner bought a new one and told me put the new one in the box with the paint. It wasn't there. I also had 2 plastic paint containers for rollers. They are gone. I had a small red paint bucket with my own brushes and wooden stirrers from Sherman and Williams, and paint can openers. All were taken! Never used painters tape anywhere. Owner said he would fix everything. He didn't. Never cleaned up spackle dust from anywhere. My garage is still not finished. He called my son since he was the one who contacted him. He knew he was working for me and that I was the one who would pay him. I still have the check with his supposed discount. Then he blocked my number. Why would a reputable painter block my number unless he was trying to avoid me. I wrote a bad review on Yelp and he used a threat to force me to take it down. That's a site where consumers can leave honest comments. I should have left it there because we still have freedom of speech. I guess he thought I was either a demented old woman or perhaps I had altzheimers. Have been tested for both and have neither! I have the final test results with my PCP and here in my home. I would advise anyone considering to use him to stay far away! There are many qualified painters to choose from. He's not one. I've already notified my police that if he stalks me or tries to come on my premises, to come right away. He's not playing with a full deck. If you care to reach me, my email is lomisclaws@gmail.com. If he threatens me in any way, I will have him arrested. Almost forgot, the first day his painter arrived he was wearing wet dirty tennis shoes and I smelled alcohol. I have a sign on the door that says, " please remove shoes before entering my home. He didn't even have protective booties to wear over his shoes and insisted on painting in his socks. His painter left super heavy pieces in the middle of my living room floor.
