I said I would like to get rid of some lead acid batteries. He says " how many you got, 1 or 2. I said no, about 20. He looked annoyed, then glanced around in the shop. Then just proceeded out the small door. (All doors closed). Without a word to me. My thought was is he getting something or should I follow. So went out the same small door and saw him just standing at my vehicle. So I asked him, are we just gonna carry all these batteries in by hand? He responded, well if I can't get the forklift started. (he didn't even attempt to start it). He seemed so annoyed by this, as if I was a burden. So I said I'm sorry I'll just go somewhere else. He mumbled some things while I was getting into my car. I opened my window and said this is too much trouble I'll just go somewhere else. He respond very loudly, "go #### yourself. I simply responded, you as well. And drove off. Sure hope this wasn't an owner. I did notice one other worker in the shop doing some work.

I rented a steer skid and auger attachment for a day to be delivered on Sat. at 9:00am and to be picked up on Sun. at 9:00 am (very clear on my paperwork and from the calls with Don and the guy who dropped the rental off). I attached the section of the invoice that shows the pickup date to the review and just blocked out personal details. On Sunday they did not pick it up by 10am, so I called them and the phone just rang and rang with no answer and no answering machine. I tried to call over 12 times from 10-3:00 pm and all I got was a phone that rang and never answered. Finally, I called and left a message at their algonquin location since they at least had an answering machine. Then on Monday the manager Harley called me to see how long I wanted to keep the rental and I told him it was supposed to be picked up yesterday and I tried calling even though I never was told I had to and he wouldn't even let me speak before he started berating me. He said I never called, and they told me I had to call even though I did but no one answered. He just kept yelling at me and said he was just going to charge me for the extra day the $600 and said I was banned for life. He even changed my invoice to show the pickup day on the copy I signed from Sunday to Monday. When the guy picked up the unit he even said they were supposed to pick it up on Sunday. I will fight this with my credit card company but he essentially charged my debit card without permission and fraudulently. I would stay away and use anyone else unless you want to deal with this unreputable business. Please read the other negative reviews...I wish I would have.

Took my Burberry wool jacket to be cleaned. Came home with the jacket and saw that the stain did…read morenot come off. Few days later, I went back to pick up the jacket, and it was my fault that I did not check it in the store because I was so busy. I came back home and saw that not only was the stain still there, but they had also torn the edge of the collar. Looks like a chemical burn. I assume they tried to clean it too many times and damaged the jacket. They never mentioned it when I picked it up the second time, and now, the owner blames me, saying it was always there due to wear and tear. Never go back and always check your garments in the store when picking up.

It turns out that they had actually gotten pen all over my dress and instead of telling me, they made up excuses to keep my dress longer. The wedding I had was the next day, so I had to rush around and find another dress to wear. They wanted all the information on the dress, how much I paid for it, how old it was etc, to give me money for the dress they ruined. They only gave me a fraction of what I spent on the dress and they justified it by telling me that if I sold the dress on Poshmark or anywhere that I would have gotten that amount anyways. This is the first and last time I will ever be using one of their services. Not only did they lie to me in the first place, they ruined my dress and didn't give me enough compensation or time to go buy the dress again.
