Macy has cleaned my teeth for a couple of years and does a fantastic job each and every time. She is gentle and explains everything she is doing. I have suffered from TMJ my whole life. Dr. Jobst informed me about a special appliance/retainer specific for TMJ sufferers. This has changed my life!!! I only wish I had it years ago! Dr. Jobst patiently explained how it worked and answered my questions. He gave me all of the information so I could make an informed decision. I am not suffering from any more dull headaches since I purchased this appliance that I only wear at night. My daughter also became a patient and purchased one of the TMJ retainers. When I asked for my x-ray, because I was thinking of going to another dentist, I got a hassle. I got it anyway. On top of that, there was a smug attitude whenever I asked about cost. Well, the problem turned out to be that a loose crown was the result of a disintegrating tooth, and it disintegrated because of a root canal. Ergo, I would not have needed another one. If this dentist, or any other, advises you to get a root canal, get out of their office and run as fast as you can unless you want a missing tooth in several years. Don't believe me?
