I moved from NJ and tried my first Colchester hair salon ( near McDonald's). What a mess! The young lady couldn't get my hair color right at all. The two times I was there, the haircuts were half-( you fill in the blank) haircuts. The owner was never around when I called to make appointments, nor when I was there.
