Her office was comfortable. She was very helpful in guiding me to areas that I needed to work on based on my assessment. The light therapy session was just amazing. It exceeded my expectations. It was very relaxing and upgrading on a physical and spiritual level. Afterwards I felt great. A heaviness felt like it had lifted. It felt as healing as an energy and acupuncture session in one. I could definitely feel better circulation. I felt very relaxed the rest of the day. That evening, I felt more tired, but there was some things (toxins?) moving out of my body I assumed. It's the next day now and I feel like I'm slower to react to stress. I can still feel better circulation and I am looking fwd to my next appt. Thank you so much, Jane!

This was an unfamiliar practice to me, kinesiology that is. But results matter. In just one…read moresession I experienced a dramatic change and now three visits in I breathe differently (for the better), wake up rested, several ailments have been alleviated, and my heartburn subsided from several times daily to perhaps one time over my first week of treatment. I grasp the concept but am blown away by the results. I have three friends who've also received treatment from Dr. Jack with astounding results where medical doctors could not even identify an actual ailment nor diagnose an illness after thousands of dollars of "medical testing". The office experience is very different from what our normal American medical office visit would entail. But that was truly a welcome change. I'd say, "get ready to start your life anew" when you pursue this treatment.

After years of yo yo dieting, I had given up on myself and weight ballooned up to close to 350 pounds. When I called Sheryl, my eating was completely out of control. I needed someone to help me to gain control of my eating habits and my weight. Sheryl's approach was much different than the other plans I had tried before. During our first session she spent two hours asking me what I ate daily and designed a plan around the foods I liked to eat. Yes, you still need to eat nutritional foods to lose weight, but thankfully you aren't restricted to carrots and lettuce. :). There are no prepacked foods, or shots necessary to start to lose weight on Sheryl's plan. After a short time on the plan, I stopped craving the foods that sends my eating out of control. I also found it easy to get back on the plan on few occasions when I strayed. So far with Sheryl's help I have lost 60lbs, and I am confident with what I have learned, I can remain in control during my weight loss journey. It is also great to know that Sheryl is there to give you accountability, and help guide you when you hit a plateau. Sheryl really cares out her client. As my weight has come down, Sheryl has become a friend and has given me advice on how to better handle other parts of my life. My only regret about working with Sheryl, was that I did not meet her years ago.
