Beautiful location with incredible views. We showed up last Wednesday due to it being rated so highly on Yelp and boy we were not disappointed. The location has plenty of parking, the restaurant entrance is through an arts center, but once inside we sat outside. It was incredible looking into the canyon. Now onto the food. We started with the smoked trout appetizer and it was incredible. I personally don't like fish- but this was so good. We then ordered a noodles and veg in broth and a mushroom beef pasta- sorry I don't remember the official names. They were both tasty. But the pasta was very salty. Our server was also a nice guy. He brought our food out, gave us good recommendations and was an all around nice person.

What a cool dining experience in Twin Falls! The service was great. From the bartenders to the servers they were all knowledgable and friendly. The homemade huckleberry butter was out of this world that we bought 2 pints of it to take home. The steak, trout and pork chop were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. They now offer Sauvignon blanc from the Cliff family vineyards. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. Outside offers a cool view of snake river canyon and the Perrine bridge. The prices were quite reasonable with perfect portions. Highly recommend this dining experience if you're in the area.

Grabbed dinner here while I was in town for a work trip and I wasn't super excited about the menu honestly. The steak was good but nothing to write home about. I'd say the best thing I had was the burrata and salad. I'd come back and try something different next time. I will say the service was amazing and there is a bar area to grab and drink and watch sports.

We stumbled across Elevation 486 on a drive to Seattle and it is now one of the places we have on our must-stop places around the world. The menu is wonderful, especially to early evening menu, the service is stuning and the atmosphere is relaxing and spectacular. When we plan a trip across Idaho, we make every effort to spend a night in Twin Falls just so that we can stop for dinner at Elevation 486. The menu has a range of selections and the prices have been very affordable. Try to get a table near the massive windows along the north side of the bar area, it has amazing views of the Snake River canyon that give the restaurant its name.

I made a dinner reservation at Elevation 468 for a Friday evening, given the restaurant's picturesque views. Unfortunately, we weren't able to see much after sunset but we were still looking forward to an upscale dinner. After checking in, we were seated and waited a while for a server to greet us. I wasn't sure if there were staffing issues, but we felt a little forgotten near the bar area. For dinner, we ordered the Potato Skins to start and Ruby Red Trout and Ribeye for dinner with the loaded Idaho potatoes on the side. The Potato Skins were decent, but it seemed like less than memorable bar fare. Our entrees came out, and I was impressed with the portion sizes. I was expecting half of the giant slab of trout, and it was overall really tasty with a few bones to pick through. My partner wasn't so impressed with the Ribeye, but we both loved the loaded potatoes! Nothing worth coming back for unless you have a view with your meal.

We came here at almost closing time and they still let us dine and I appreciated that it was still 1 hr or so before closing time. We asked to be seated near the bar area cause wanted to watch the Dodger game and they were so kind to put the game on for us. Blanca was our waiter and she was so sweet and patient with us as it was our first time dining here. We ordered a local beer and a huckleberry lemonade that was so yummy! We got their Jambalaya plate & the Pork chops and both were delicious! We had heard their food was all tasty and it didn't disappoint. The Jambalaya had great flavor and had a small kick to it and the Pork chop & baked potato were just so flavorful and well cooked. We also got served some warm bread with a huckleberry butter and that had me licking my fingers in how good it was. My point is the food was good! We came late at night & we're not able to catch the fun views but I've heard they are great and w plan to come back for sure and enjoy that. Overall the place was great, we were the last to leave but weren't rushed in any way like other places usually do. We'll be back very soon while we are here on vacation.

We called day-of and were able to get reservations. We asked for outdoor seating and they found a table for two for us on the patio. It was a 90 degree day but the patio is shaded and provided stunning views of the snake river canyon. It was an absolutely perfect night to eat outside. I chose the ribeye with veggies (asparagus) and Husband had the filet with mashed potatoes. Our meals were cooked perfectly to our liking and were tasty and delicious. We started with the shrimp cocktail which was on the specials menu. It came with cocktail sauce that was mixed with mango and lime. It was so good. A great summer twist on a shrimp cocktail. Service was excellent. They even have little slow moving fans to keep on the table to shoo any pesky flies that also want to enjoy your meal (hey, you are eating outside). Loved this place!!

What a unique spot! We stopped here to eat and stretch our legs while on a road trip. Our server Michaela was so sweet and helpful. She made great recommendations and even directed us to a nearby trail where we could go for a little walk before getting back in the car. There was a spot on the trail with a view of the bridge and a waterfall! Gorgeous! Back to the review of the restaurant as a whole: when we walked up there wasn't anyone in line but the hostess said there was a 25m wait to sit outside. We opted to sit inside since we were short on time but I'd say it's worth the wait if you're able. I think sitting in the bar is also a cuter option than the dining area if you're into that. We ordered the southwest salad and the Thai beef salad. Both were delicious. When we left there was a long line, so I think our timing worked out well. Hostess could've been a little friendlier but other than that we had a great experience because of our server. Would definitely try again.

Elevation 486 is one of our favorite restaurants to come to in Twin Falls! I always get excited to stop by when we pass by Twin Falls. This time we stopped for happy hour. Had some yummy cocktails and coconut shrimp all with a little discount. Then treated to filet mignon dinner which was super delicious. The mashed potatoes were also exquisite. All of the staff members were great. And the nothing beats the view of the canyon and golf course. Can't wait till the next time to stop by again

Lets start with the good The location is amazing, be sure to sit outside We ordered smoked trout fish appaterizer, it is a must. With our meal I had the tomato bisque which is highly recommended The had the quail which was very good. The reason I could not give it more than 3 stars. We had seefood pasta. While the pasta was made aldente the sauce was below average soup like just borderline bad. We had

Hard to ask for more than friendly service, excellent food, great drinks and an epic patio view. Elevation 486 had it all. Fortunately in easy walking distance from the Fairfield Inn we were staying at on a motorcycle trip--so a cocktail was in order. The old fashioned was well crafted and came in a unique glass. Enjoyed two of them! Food was equally enjoyable. I had the ravioli and a salad. Friend had the pork chop. We both were happy with our choices. Good weather allowed us to sit outside on the patio which is highly recommended if possible. The view of the Snake River canyon area was stunning. I will always eat here any time I find myself in Twin Falls.

Ask the Community - Elevation 486

Is this restaurant a chain?

I don't believe so. The name has to do with the Elevation of the restaurant relative to the Snake River below. It is very much intertwined with that identity. That being said, I have no clue if the owners have other (differently named)…

Is this place suitable for children? Ages 4, 9, and 12

Absolutely! It's a very nice restaurant but it is casual attire. I have taken my family there.

Lunch menu hours? Is there a cut off where they switch to the dinner menu?

We serve lunch from 11:00 through 2:00 Dinner starts at 5:00 and we have a great Happy Hour menu in between lunch and dinner. We strongly encourage reservations but we do take…

Does the restaurant actually accept Apple Pay?

We do not accept apple lay.

Are dogs allowed in outdoor seats?

No they aren't. You can order "to go" food and sit in the self serve lower patio with dogs, but on the main patio dogs are not welcome

Kids menu picture?

Came for a nice evening with my wife, no children's menu seen.

A Sophisticated--and Completely Unexpected--Twin Falls Gem…read more What an absolutely delightful surprise! I was in Idaho visiting family, and as a longtime San Francisco Bay Area foodie, I honestly did not expect to stumble upon this level of sophisticated, elevated dining in Twin Falls. Turf Club completely surprised and delighted us. The space is gorgeous--classy, intimate and polished without feeling stuffy. You can even see the steaks aging as you walk in, which immediately tells you they're serious about what they're serving. Then there was Summer, our fantastic waitress, who started the evening on exactly the right note. We were celebrating my birthday, and she surprised us with complimentary champagne. Such a gracious touch, and her warm, attentive service continued throughout the evening. We arrived during happy hour and absolutely took advantage of it. I had a glass of Holesinsky "El Clavel" Grenache rosé from Idaho's Snake River Valley--a lovely way to start--and we ordered several dishes family-style. The Hamachi crudo was beautiful and delicious, with watermelon radish, grilled persimmon, yuzu ponzu, microgreens and furikake. Fresh, bright and exactly the kind of thoughtful combination I love. We also shared the roasted butternut squash and beet salad, which was not only delicious but incredibly generous. This was no dainty little steakhouse salad--it was substantial enough for the table to share. Then came the 8-ounce prime filet and loaded baked potato combo. OMG. The filet was beautifully cooked, and the potato came loaded with bacon, crème fraîche, butter, white cheddar and green onions. The amount of food was almost obscene--in the very best possible way! For an elevated steakhouse experience, there is absolutely bang for your buck here. And because apparently we hadn't eaten enough, Summer ended my birthday dinner with a wonderfully soft, warm cookie topped with a very generous scoop of gelato. It was delicious, decadent and the perfect ending to a fantastic evening. My only regret? We weren't staying in Twin Falls longer. I could easily come back, eat my way through this menu and then make my way into Griff's, their hidden speakeasy. Turf Club officially describes its concept around locally procured steaks, fresh seafood, seasonal fare and that hidden bar--and after this meal, I understand the appeal. If you're in Twin Falls, put Turf Club on your list. And if you're merely passing through? Make the detour. This Bay Area foodie was genuinely impressed. Life is too short. Eat well. Travel well. So get out there and find your next meal! Turf Club happy hour menu
