He had so many amazing items outside the vape paraphernalia, pipes, etc. Crystals, Kratom (large selection), CBD, Kava (great selection), teas, mushroom antidotes (no, not that kind of mushroom :)) and so much more. Everything for a feeling of well-being. He is missed. Now, since his passing, prices are shooting up, stock is not being refilled, and the customer service has declined. Maybe they are closing. Jessie has taken over ownership, for the most part, and it shows. His customer service service skills are to be desired. You don't know what Jessie your going to get when you walk in there. Mad/sad Jessie or helpful, kind Jessie. He snaps at times. I'm sure he means well but it makes it uncomfortable. Had a chat with another patron and she brought up these same issues. We decided leaving reviews may be helpful. Please, bring back all the things, don't jack-up all the prices and up that positive customer service experience.

We bought a tank that normally retails for $35 (in store) and $20 online, for $60 (plus tax). That means, they are marking their products up --at least-- 400% above wholesale. I won't shop here again; will be doing my research and shopping online. The convenience is not worth the unnecessary added expense. Although, if you're in a pinch, I would definitely stop in... like I said, nice staff.
