My OG piercings were fine but they weren't cuffed they were loose and I always wanted them gone but couldn't ever get 'em myself Belial was incredible! From the second we walked in they were treating every customer like the only priority and continued to take amazing care of my needs once it was my turn. The vibes to expect: clean, educated, friendly, and welcoming; which is where you want to be when getting a piercing or tattoo in my opinion!! Experience so good I will be making the 2 hour trip to get my next piercings from Belial. No joke - can't recommend Noble/Belial enough!!

The three of us went in, and we're getting started right away! The overall experience from when we walked in, to when we left was remarkable. My friends got matching tattoos that came out wonderfully, while I got a simple tattoo but LOVE it.

But my friend decided to get a nose piercing and so I told her to go there and get it because they were so friendly and customer friendly! Clearly I just got a spur of the moment good day with my forward helix because going back was TERRIBLE. We went in at 3:20 pm and got helped and was told that it would be about 45 minutes and as time passed 2 other people came in a head of us and they proceeded to help them before us and spent and hour and 1/2 with them leaving us in the lobby for 2 whole hours. During those 2 hours we were ignored and left with nothing so they lost our business and we left. The two men there ignored us and put other people ahead of us when we had clearly been waiting for longer. Probably won't be getting my business or anyone I knows business again because that was unprofessional and flakey.

At first I was somewhat skeptical of reiki, but after having two sessions I'm a full convert. In my view, reiki helps clear out negative energies that might be stuck inside your body. These energies can lead to depression, pains in the body, and a general feeling of anxiety. The reiki practioner targets these energies and helps release them. Janet talked with me first about my needs and hopes for the session, and asked me to remain flexible with the outcome--and I'm glad she did because more was released than I ever thought possible. The person who was supposed to do our piercing had a stick up their butt. We called three times to make sure we could come in on the same day. Called to let them know we would be late because there was so much traffic and construction. We drove an hour and a half away. Anyway, we called the last time to let them know how far we were. They said to come on in, we asked if we should leave our name and number, they said no it was fine they were expecting us. Okay, so we walked in, we waited, and the piercer told us they would not do the appointment. Okay cool they were closing in 30 minutes. I can understand not wanting to do that anymore but why didn't they call us back and tell us they can't anymore? Everyone's time is valuable so I understand. I offered more money just in case we could. They got upset and had an attitude that I even asked. As if I personally offended them. They made it my problem that they wanted to close early. No means no, I respect that. So why were they speaking rudely. Of course that was annoying. So I asked if there was a place they recommended and I was asking more questions and they talked over me. I was taken aback by this behavior. I only wanted to try and ask. It was my sister's birthday and she wanted something special. The way they were speaking made her cry but she was very kind. Anyways I said for future reference it would be nice for proper communication and a heads-up. I don't know much about business etiquette but I do know that it wasn't nice for them to act the way they did. I in no way feel entitled to anyone's services but a little southern hospitality goes a long way. Anyways I figured I would leave my one and only review for this place. I wonder if things would be different if we were white. We went here because it was woman owned. "How empowering", apparently not.
