He was very accommodating, willing to do inspections on evenings or weekends. Once the inspection was done, he had the report back to us that evening. it was a new construction and even so, he remained very thorough and found a number of areas that needed to be fixed. Cost of our inspection was $375 for home that's less than 2000 square feet. This was pretty in line with what we found when we called around and for the convenience, it was worth it. He also gave us an evacuation plan and for folk in his area, has information about who to call to get utilities hooked up - for those in Yakima, he unfortunately was unable to get us this info. He gets the five star bump for the quick turn around and his flexibility. Definitely a good one to check out when you need an inspection.

Contacted WDepofRevenue and they gave me the statute #. I forwarded this to Mike then he admitted I was due a refund and he would get it off to me.It has been over 3 months and 3 contacts later and still no refund.
