It's in a great location within IX Art Park, so there are other businesses nearby to grab a bite or grassy fields to simply take a break while working. The space is rather big, with lots of areas to choose from for working. While they do have dedicated desks, there's also plenty of flex space all around. For amenities, they have conference rooms that you can sign up for with 30 minute intervals, private booths for phone conversations, a printer/scanner, kitchen, and free coffee, along with other snacks for sale. We paid $30 per person, per day, since we were just visiting, but they have plenty of membership plans you can peep on their website. It doesn't seem like Cville has a lot of spaces like this, so definitely check out Studio IX for your coworking needs! I'll surely come back if the need arises.

The WORST COMPANY EVER!…read more (1 Star) My experience with Regus Manassas has been extremely disappointing. I have been a customer for over five years, yet I continue to experience billing issues, including duplicate and even triple charges without authorization. Once the money leaves your account, getting it refunded can take months and requires constant follow-up. Most communication is routed through automated systems, making it difficult to get timely resolutions from an actual person. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of coordination among staff members. I have repeatedly received conflicting information, with different departments pointing fingers at one another rather than taking ownership of the issue and resolving it. The one exception has been Nick. He has consistently been courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even when he was not directly involved in the matter, he took the time to assist and provide updates. He is the only reason I am not giving an even harsher review. If you are considering signing up with this location, I strongly recommend reviewing all billing terms carefully and monitoring your account closely. Unfortunately, after five years as a customer, I expected much better service and accountability.

The environment that we are using is private and quiet, yet right next to the entrance and the conference room. The receptionist is very friendly and personable and beyond helpful. I've even chatted with a few of the other people with the other businesses in the suite and it's a very laid back environment (albeit some people are in suits and some are in jeans and hoodies) that works well for many businesses and walks of life. From what I understand, the rates are fair and the resources available are pretty abundant. I would recommend this sort of office environment for anyone who is either starting off or setting up an office in a new location. Ashburn is relatively "out there" in NOVA, but if you have a reason to be out here, this is a great place to be. I can actually see the development going on across the street at Loudon One, which probably means that traffic is only going to get more desirable on Route 7 (sarcasm...traffic is HORRENDOUS during either rush hour).
