I initially was very impressed. The design was awesome! We approved the sign mid-February. There was some issues with the HOA that was beyond their control, but as soon as I was made aware of the situation, the issue was quickly resolved in 1 day. On March 20, the HOA approved the signage, but front-lit not back lit. I paid for back lit which was $1998 more than front lit. I requested a refund and this is when everything went to shambles. Stephanie offered a temporary vinyl sign at no additional cost. They did not hold to their promises of when it would be hung. The machine was down...excuses, excuses. The temporary sign was finally placed about 10 days after the initial promise date. My current graphic company can pump one out the same day?? Our sign is in fabrication and Stephanie supposedly already submitted some preliminary paperwork to the county for approval. Therefore, I was assured that my sign would be up by our Grand Opening. After calling and texting with no response, I get this email: Hi Amber, Unfortunately we are unable to install your this Saturday. Production is behind due to out of stock materials that put everything behind a week. The install date has been moved to 4/30. We will try to get it up for you as soon as possible, we have the material now and are confident that the 4/30 date will be met if not hopefully before. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. The only problem is that my Open House is on 4/28/13. My husband now has to intervene. He goes to the address listed above and speaks with Stephanie in person. He was able to get her to commit to hanging the sign on 4/25/13. They did it, but they were supposed to come back and hook up the electrical (my landlord hadn't installed the trap door yet...geez). Needless to say, they never came back AND they stole my $1998.00. We have issued a demand letter with no response. From the date of the Dave's rating, they look to still be in business. So, this is blatant avoidance. Now you have me really upset, we will have to escalate this to the court of law. I am a nice person, but I do not like to be taken advantage of and I do not like dishonest people. Stay away from this company!!
