Hiring Elephant Memories was the single best decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding - hands down. We planned a destination wedding in North Carolina (we live in the St. Louis area) and planned the entire thing from a distance. Working with the Elephant Memories team was so easy, we never doubted their ability to make our dream a reality, even though we would be meeting them for the first time on the big day. Our two amazing videographers, Haley & Dana, captured every single important moment and fit right in with our intimate group of friends and family. They were always smiling, ridiculously creative, and felt like two of our closest friends by the end of the day. When it was time for them to leave, my husband and I were sad to say goodbye. Fast forward to a few days ago: our documentary was done. The documentary is the single most beautiful thing I have ever seen, it had everything we had asked for. There were beautiful shots of genuine, candid moments that we shared with the ones we love paired with our favorite pieces of music. After watching it, we were both in tears and felt like we had literally relived our entire day. Clarissa took the beautiful footage and pieced it together so that we could feel every emotion - it's so beautiful! Where do I even begin... Clarissa is absolutely amazing! With less than a month to go, our wedding plans completely changed due to Covid-19. After all of our original plans were cancelled, we completely moved states and were so worried that we would not find a videographer. Elephant Memories saved the day! Clarissa was quick to respond and jumped right in like she was family. She even offered ideas to help our vision come to life. With the stress of everything changing so quickly, it was a huge relief to find a videographer that was genuinely excited to be a part of our day. I would spend money on the Elephant Memories team over and over again. I searched long and hard for a video style I loved and they did not fail to deliver. I offered very little direction and it was everything I could ever imagine. Our pictures are natural, candid, and the perfect complement to the video. Karl immediately made me feel comfortable and worked with me to create the perfect package for our wedding. We spoke over the phone, met in person, and emailed frequently before the wedding. At first I was very hands on, but quickly loosened up as other wedding tasks became priority. Our wedding day came and we had so much fun with the team! My husband is not someone who likes being on camera and he had no complaints - he enjoyed himself! The team was with us during some of our most intimate moments. Personality is EVERYTHING. Elephant Memories was so great to work with. Friendly, fun, and professional, they were careful to never be too much in the way, but gave great direction when needed. We are so happy we decided to go with the video and photography package. It saved us money and all the photos and videos were amazing. The whole team was great and we love that they were able to get photos and videos with the same romantic style.
