Since the next business day would have been too late for my needs, we mutually agreed to cancel the order. The problem is that despite canceling the order, they never refunded my money. I emailed twice with no response. After waiting about a week, I called and was told they had "no idea" what I was talking about and claimed they never charged me -- even though I have both an online receipt and the charge on my credit card statement. Their response was essentially to dispute it with my credit card company and "leave them alone." I did dispute the charge and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Even the BBB received delays, evasions, and contradictory information from this company. After nearly six months of trying to resolve this, I've given up on getting honest customer service from this florist. I normally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I want to warn others: be very cautious when ordering from this business. My experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately cost me both time and money.

For those not in the know, WKRP used to be an old sitcom from the late 70's-80's about a radio station in Cincinnati. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the historic art deco style Carew Tower. This tower is also home to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland. The interior although grand was sparsely occupied by businesses. Ghost town vibes for sure however the grand architecture within the building is worth walking around in. The only difficulty we had was finding parking. This shop is in the downtown area and parking spaces are hard to come by. My husband ended up driving around and picked me up when I finished shopping.

I ended up leaving with several excellent bottles to haul back to California--definitely worth the drive and the extra weight in the car! If you're a bourbon fan, Buffalo Trace is a must-stop. Dropped off a gold nugget men's ring to be re-sized on 2/7/25. Finally had to call last week to…read morecheck the job status. Clerk said work was done, but awaiting inspection. Stated that this would be accomplished by 3/17/25, and that they would call when ring was ready for pick-up. We had to call again today to check status. Ring is now apparently ready for pick-up. When my wife commented on the long wait time, the clerk repeatedly stated that the ring was only dropped off 2 weeks ago. Odd, since the date on the ticket stub reads 2/7/2 5. No apology, nor offer of a discount. Sad.
